Amazing company and carers, really helped my mum, thank you. The carers are friendly and kind, the support we received was outstanding. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a care service. Thanks again.

After a few weeks of carers coming in to assist in the morning, Mum has felt an overall improvement in her physical and mental health. She looks forward to seeing the staff every morning and her companionship time on Tuesday afternoons is most enjoyable.

When my elderly father was taken into hospital, I needed a care company at short notice to take care of my mother who was living at home with dementia. I contacted Orbis Care and they were great. They immediately attended and assessed Mum's needs. They provided a care assistant to stay with Mum 24/7, helping with meals, prompting with medication and household chores. All care was recorded on an app so I could monitor it remotely. All staff were polite and professional. I can't thank them enough for the help and support they provided until Dad was discharged from hospital. I would definitely recommend Orbis Care.

Excellent experience through the care Mom has received, friendly professional service from lovely people, helpful, supportive and polite. Highly recommended to anyone who needs help and support. Mom is 94 with dementia.

The service from Orbis Care has been outstanding and in a caring manner. They covered when I had to go to hospital at short notice. The staff, I call them girls, are obliging and do anything you ask of them over and above the normal requirements. If we have to pick one outstanding, it would have to be one of the carers who always has a smile and makes light of a problem.

The carers at Orbis are like angels. The patience, care and compassion they show her relentlessly day in and day out is truly amazing and very reassuring. My mum has gone from declining care to eagerly waiting for the Carer to arrive. As a family we would now be lost without them, we thank you all. The office staff are also brilliant! Always there to answer any queries and very attentive. Would 100% recommend Orbis Care to anyone who needs help. Thank you, Orbis.

In my early eighties, prior to a restricted lockdown, I had been extremely active despite progressive peripheral neuropathy and spinal problems. Despite GP advice regarding care, I was reluctant to admit my quality of life had deteriorated. In March 2023 a daily care plan was instigated and I soon realised how this improved my wellbeing. In particular, the interactions with the caring team proved to be most beneficial and mindful of my independence.

Orbis Care have been looking after my mum and dad for many months. Sadly we lost Dad in April and the care and concern for us as a family and ensuring my mother was cared for who is disabled, was and continues to be so lovely. We cannot thank the carers supporting our mother enough! They are so caring and my mum thinks they are wonderful and kind. The app where I can see when the carers have been is great as a reassurance to me. The carers tend to be the same for a few days until another changes but there's not too many changes and they do let Mum know if it's to be someone different next time. The lovely ladies are becoming part of our family support and we cannot thank them enough! We can contact the management team and they really ensure the carers are notified of any information. The effort the ladies go to to get to Mum is amazing! They cycle, they car share, they get through traffic, re-route when road closures are on, awful weather... they are absolute troopers!

All the staff from Orbis Care treat us with genuine care and interest. The care is very consistent and they bring humour to the job too.

My wife has been attended by Orbis carers four times a day since January 2023. Throughout this time the care has been of the highest standard. All the carers genuinely care and are interested in their work and will do all that is asked of them. We have never had any misgivings, their care has been very beneficial to my wife's wellbeing.

We are very pleased with the care my husband receives from Orbis Care. The carers are all kind, caring and efficient. We like knowing who is coming and what time. They never let us down and every one of them is welcome. We get to know them and they become friends. What more could you ask? An excellent company and staff.

My Mother has received Orbis carers four times a day for over six months and their service has been excellent. Previously she had been assigned two other agencies and their level of care paled by comparison. I would not hesitate to recommend Orbis to anyone who has a choice in home care agencies.

We have had Orbis carers for over twelve months now and I cannot praise them highly enough. They are always discreet, kind, hard-working and professional. Also, the office is very friendly and flexible and tries hard to accommodate any change requests.

After moving my mother-in-law from one care agency to Orbis I can only say wow what a complete difference in the care, compassion and total dedication to my mother-in-law. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who is thinking of using a care home. The time and effort they spend with the family keeping us informed on literally everything is 1st class. Thank you.

Very helpful and brilliant communication, very supportive in ongoing care for my father. Staff carers and management team have always been able to inform me of the ongoing progress of my father whilst in their care and would highly recommend their services.
