They interact well with my Mum, snd our family. I would recommend them too. I work full time, and come to my Mum in the evenings. I have peace of mind, my Mum is being well cared for in my absence.
I am very happy with the carers who are looking after my dad, they do a fantastic job. They provide a very good service, caring for my dad. I'm very happy with the two carers, as he always is happy and talkative with them. They do a fantastic, brilliant job.
Quality Care Ltd looked after my mother-in-law. and their services are excellent and exceptional. The manager and her team have been very supportive during the time my mother in law came out of hospital. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs support. Staff had a high level of training and in that respect, they were able to deliver the best service.
Quality Care staff and management, provided care that was excellent. My sister was looked after very well and we did not have any concerns regarding how my sister was looked after. They went over and above the call of duty. The staff treated my sister well and maintained her dignity in all the duties they carried out. I do not hesitate to recommend Quality Care Ltd, to anyone.
The carer provided live-in care for my mum, at short notice, after hip surgery. She managed her medication, kept her wound clean, made sure she ate healthily and kept the house clean and tidy. She has remained in contact to check how Mum is progressing. She gave us much needed peace of mind.
The carer came to care for my mother, as a live-in carer, after she was discharged from hospital. My mother had complex health conditions and the carer took them in her stride. She showed care, compassion, kindness and great attention to detail with regard to my mother and her care. It was a very difficult time for us, but the carer was just what we all needed and was the answer to keeping Mum at home, rather than in a facility.
