I am very pleased with the staff and the manager of this company. The care I am receiving is also very good, nothing seems to be any trouble to them and I am treated with compassion and dignity.

Generally, I am exceptionally pleased with the level of care I am receiving. The carers are very particular, gentle and kind. The management is efficient and flexible.

My uncle's experience with care agencies has not been altogether positive in the past, with inconsistencies in the times of visits, the quality of the care provided and constant changes in the care team delivering his care. He is however delighted with the quality of his care since Unity took over the provision of his care. He now has 2 regular carers who are experienced and provide a high standard of care and support. As he now has a good and trusting relationship with his carers he is willing to accept support from them to help him manage areas of his care he had been reluctant to allow previous carers to assist him with. I would therefore highly recommend Unity to anyone looking for care and support in their own homes.

We have found the carers friendly, helpful and obliging. We have been very happy with them and will continue to have support. They are always very nice and we are glad to have found them, after trying a previous company who were not as flexible.

I find this company is brilliant, so helpful and kind with my daily care. I have no complaints with Unity Health Care Solutions Ltd. This company was recommended to me in February 2024 I am so pleased with the care I get. I also told my friend about the company because she needed help and now my friend has them also.

This is not the first time I have used care in the home. I have had some good experiences, but this has been the best. My mum was off the scale with her resistance to the idea of help. The carer and the manager have been hugely sensitive to her needs, and I am quite amazed at how kind, patient, proactive and positive they have made this experience. My mum is really difficult to get along with, and against all my expectations, we are six weeks into this, and it is working very well. Thank you.

The service has been excellent. The staff are patient, friendly, approachable and professional. We have been very impressed with the efficiency of the admin and paperwork, e.e. noticing the expiry of papers. No complaints.

We have been delighted with the care service provided by Unity Health Care Solutions Ltd. The carers are always punctual, cheerful and nothing is too much trouble for them. As well as the basic expectations, carers have a personal approach to the wellbeing and safety of my father. I can see on my phone what my father has been up to as there is a useful app that links me to the carers. The family cannot recommend this care provider enough, to surmise, professional, caring, value for money and kind, lovely staff.

I cannot fault the carers, they care for my father with great respect and give him the utmost care he deserves. Even though they are there, they still allow us as a family to do as much as we can for him and spend quality time. They have given me great support, as it has been a very difficult time, as it hasn’t been pleasant between family members. It’s a great peace of mind, knowing that he is being looked after with the best care.

The carer that looks after Mom is lovely. She is kind, helpful, polite and professional. Always cheerful and smiley. Mom says that she spoils her! It's lovely to usually have the same carer, providing continuity for Mom and learning her routine. The manager is very approachable and helpful and takes on board feedback.

The carer we currently have is excellent. Very caring and takes pride in his work, in caring and all other duties. Five stars. Not so happy with the previous carer, felt they did not commit to their job as much as current carer. The reviews/stars I give are based on our current carer, not previous the carer. Difficult to rate value for money as never experienced having caring services before to compare.

I am delighted with the care my dad received from one particular carer. She is a credit to your company. She shines and makes an effort to make my dad feel important and cared for. She laughs and interacts well with everyone around her. Nothing is too much trouble. She is kind, helpful and extremely professional. We were very happy to let her stay in our home. While we were away, we felt we could trust her, and whenever I phoned to check on my dad, she was always happy and confident.
