I am very happy with office staff and very happy with care staff, I get full support always from team, the manager is very supportive and very helpful. Staff always comes in time and do support like I wish.

I am mum of the service user. My son and I are happy with the service of the company. The support staff are good and try their best with my son's needs. My son has built a good relationship with the staff.

I am very happy with the service that is being provided for me and my family. My carer is more like a friend than my carer. The manager is amazing and looked after my family well when my dad died last year, came round straight away and helped organise the burial.

Very helpful carers and support staff at office and manager always there to support our reasonable adjustment . Helping me always and other group member l referred to there service help with the language barrier needs . Helping with my additional needs as a community worker and leader in the community .

The service is very good and the staff are very helpful. Office staff always care about us and make sure everything is good when they visit us and always make sure we are safe. I am very happy with service provided.

My son is getting regular service. He is very happy and the staff is very helpful and always supports a lot. Staff are always on time and the manager always calls regularly to check if everything is good with service.
