My sister and I are really pleased with the care Radfield Home Care Leicester East, Groby & Oadby provide to our mother. Always willing to do that bit extra and also very knowledgeable in their field and general care. Radfield also arranged for mum to meet her old friend who she hadn't seen for quite some time. They are now in touch on a weekly basis. These small steps and gestures can make a huge difference to the outlook of their elderly clients.

Radfield Home Care cared for both of my parents who both have dementia a couple of years ago so when we needed care for my terminally ill family member I knew immediately where to go. Even though we only used the service for about a month they were very supportive of our ever-changing needs and went above and beyond to provide the support we needed. The carers were always on time, friendly, and treated my family member with great care and dignity at a very difficult time. The App provided us with in-depth information regarding each visit which we used when communicating with other health professionals regarding ongoing care.

I've not had any problems with this care company. Staff would do what I ask them to do. They treat me with respect and promote my dignity and independence. I can always have a laugh with them. They are very reliable, no problem with time.

I am grateful for all they do. They are all very kind and friendly and they do such a good job making sure everything is done properly. I don't have to worry about who is coming through the door because I get on well with all the ladies and like to have a good laugh with them. I really do enjoy their visits I am so thankful I have found such an amazing care provider, I have and I will always recommend Radfield to anyone who needs them.

The review was very well taken and also, I asked for small changes to my care package and they have sorted it already for me. Very happy with the carers, also the office as nothing is too much trouble. I am also treated with the utmost dignity, not only with my personal care but whatever the carers do. I am aged 95 years old and only just started to have carers.

Efficient, reliable service. Carers are punctual and always considerate and have taken the time to understand my mother’s needs. Care is delivered with a smile and they are warm and friendly but respectful. My mother is able to retain her independence and her dignity is maintained at all times.

We engaged with Radfield Home Care at Syston during a tricky time for us as our parents are ageing and desperately want to stay at home and be as independent as possible. The management team in the office at Syston are so accommodating and understanding. Meeting with our parents, they showed true respect and understanding of their current needs. The service their team provide is excellent, timely and friendly, and our parents are so pleased to see the providers each time they come into their home. Communication, including weekly rotas and invoicing, is timely, and contact with the management team is truly efficient and effective. Without a doubt, this team is a great service provider, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have been delighted with the care given by Radfield Home Care during the last eight months. My husband (who is 91) has heart, mobility and dementia problems, and from that first contact we have received nothing but kindness and professional support in every aspect of his care, from both administrative and care staff. Nothing has been too much trouble. They are always on time and will help with household tasks if necessary. We both love to see them when they arrive and we value the part they play in making our lives so much easier.

We are happy with the excellent care afforded by Radfield Home Care. It has allowed Mum to continue to live independently in her own home where she feels happiest. Mum enjoys chatting with the staff about her garden. The staff provide gentle support, and show dignity and kindness in their caring roles. After discussing Mum's needs, a care plan was drawn up which is flexible and suits Mum's requirement.

I am very happy indeed with the excellent quality of care and concern shown by our Radfield team who have made a significant improvement to our daily life over the past months that they have been supporting us. At this stage, most of what they do for us is of a household management nature at which they are exceptionally good. Their attention to detail and the ways in which they involve us in decisions is most impressive. When we have needed extra help it has been provided without difficulty and we have the peace of mind of knowing they are there and can provide extra and more personal care should we need it.

Since receiving home care we can honestly say this has changed our quality of life for the better. The home care professional assisting us with our care plan truly is a star, she shines and stands out for all the right reasons and is such a hard worker who is professional and goes above and beyond to help. She is excellent at using her initiative and is extremely conscientious in looking at additional ways to help us both with tasks that can prove difficult. She truly cares about what she does, she really does work to an incredibly high standard. She is very accommodating and punctual (thank you for rescheduling when we’ve had to change days). We’re always so very impressed; she really does brighten up the house with her personality, professionalism and hard work. We want to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Radfield Home Care, including our care professional and the manager, you're a true credit to the company and the service that you provide to your clients is outstanding.

The carers from Radfield Home Care (Syston) have been brilliant. They have looked after my husband for about six months and have treated him with care and, at the same time, kept his dignity. Always cheerful and pleasant. My husband was always happy to see them. Definitely have no complaints. Would give more than five stars if possible.
