View Full Details of Croft Healthcare LtdMy son loves his Friday afternoons with the girls. He always looks forward to going out and always happy when he comes home, thank you.
WOW! what can we both say! Well we have learning difficulties and struggle day to day with daily living and accessing the community but ever since having support from Croft Healthcare. We have a lovely amazing support worker that has helped us access the community and has helped us with cooking new meals and giving us that helping hand learning new things. I recommend Croft Healthcare to anybody in need of help, you won't be disappointed. Keep the good work up.
We have found the management and support staff to be very professional, friendly, supportive and understanding. Our son is enjoying his time with the support staff in our home environment and we hope this can continue to build to access the outside world when the time is ready. He has fun and the staff remain on his level with good understanding. The staff are lovely and very approachable, making our whole family feel at ease in the knowledge our son is gaining confidence, albeit slow progress. Thank you Croft Healthcare.
These ladies and gentleman cared for my dad before he passed away recently, for nearly 2 years and they were always reliable and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing carers. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very professional at all times.
We have 2 male carers for our son. They provide a really good standard of care to our child. They treat him with respect and dignity. He feels very comfortable with them both and they have helped him build confidence working with strangers. We now class them as a good part of our household. Both men have been respectable, reliable and very polite and friendly. I have no problems at all, I trust these carers with our child completely. They always have him clean and tidy and set up for the day. This has helped me immensely and I'm so grateful for this service.
Overall experience, all four ladies I have visiting me are good, very pleased and I hope we have become friends.
I have had good carers, they do all the jobs at hand. They keep forgetting to remind me to take my meds, I've asked my carer to make me a bowel drink, still went out with no drink. For two days, no bed was made when at first there was a choice to make it. They are one of the best companies I have had in such a long time.
The care my dad has received is excellent, all the carers are so helpful and friendly. They are so willing to help and have made my life so much easier as I have peace of mind knowing Dad is well cared for.
My carers are the best that have been provided in the last 10 years+ and I enjoy the care and professional way they undertake their duties. They are very friendly and I consider them friends as well as carers. The manager in charge sometimes calls at my bungalow to personally check on how I am getting along with the carers that I also appreciate. The service provided is excellent and I hope it continues without any change to its detriment.
Throughout the month of May, most of the daily visits were made by the same carer. This I find most useful as it allows for bonding and a respectful, mutual relationship to develop. This, in turn, allows the carer to sympathise with her client and a better understanding of her needs. The environmental health element of the carer's visits is carried out with quick, thorough efficiency and everything is either disposed of or left tidily to be stored away. The washing machine is kept very busy!
My mother-in-law from day one has had great care from Croft Healthcare. This is our first experience of having carers involved and over the past 12 months, they have provided excellent care for her. The carers come four times per day and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend Croft Healthcare to anyone in need of carers.
Well pleased with the care shown to my elderly mother, carers visit twice daily and see to her in a professional, caring way. A big thank you from the family for all you do for Mum. A caring, professional manner, kindness and consideration to Mum, treated with respect and in a dignified manner.
My mum is disabled and cannot get around her home or complete daily chores without help. My dad was her main carer and did everything for her but when he suddenly passed earlier this year we were worried what would happen to Mum's care. We wanted to keep her in her own home and live as independently as possible. We needn't have worried though as Croft Healthcare has been wonderful in looking after Mum's needs. Nothing is too much trouble for her carers who visit her four times a day. They are so friendly and keep us up to date with anything we need to know about Mum's care. They ensure she has meals and takes her medication and even do washing for her if there is any to be done when we aren't there. They are really professional and so helpful in tending to Mum's needs. I would not hesitate in recommending Croft Healthcare to anyone who is in need of their services to help them live an independent life in their own home.
My dad was fast-tracked for end-of-life care and we were, understandably, worried about a change in carers at such a late stage. We need not have worried, as the carers, who cared for my dad in the final week of his life, were fabulous. They were kind, patient, caring and very gentle with my dad.
After spending time in a hospice I wished to return home, although I needed assistance with day to day living. My carer has helped me keep as much of my independence as possible, whilst helping me with activities that I can no longer do on my own.
