View Full Details of Oath HealthcareMy experience of Oath Healthcare Carers is one of excellence. The care I receive is consistently excellent. Carers are fully client-centered, listening and responding to how I prefer things to be done. Caring efficient, friendly, and joyful, never going around like they are in a hurry. Having the same carers as a regular bonus makes things easier for both of us. I would recommend Oath Healthcare to anybody looking for carers.
Experience is satisfactory, carers are good, reliable, and helpful. The main office is helpful and facilitates adjustment to visit timings as needed from time to time.
We have changed our times to between 8 AM and 9 AM and we are very pleased to have changed, we like these times. The times now are good.
I am happy with the support I receive from a member of the team. We developed a very good rapport, and mutual respect, like having him around. He understands my needs. He is very easy to talk to. I am visually impaired.
I have found Oath very good.
I am completely satisfied with the care provided. However, a few carers always seem in a hurry and are never with us the allocated time which I assume is 30 minutes. But the majority are fine and I have a good rapport with them.
Prompt attendances. Very attentive carers. Sensitive to dignity. Ask for information to inform their care. Always pleasant manner. Polite always. Very satisfied with the service.
Oath Healthcare carers commenced on 23/07/2024. Having Oath Healthcare carers checking and caring for my husband 4 times a day relieves me of a lot of the stress I feel looking after him myself 24/7. I want to look after him at home and with the carers' help I am able to do so. I am extremely grateful I receive this service.
Oath are a 5-star rated care company in my opinion. My husband has many complex needs which are all catered for during the 4 visits we have per day. The office is very flexible when I have to change hours if something comes up at short notice. Our main caregiver has been with us for over 3 years and knows all our family by name and we always make him feel like part of our family.
Carers are generally very understanding of my husband's health condition, for me - language being the biggest problem but that may be my fault. I have to write this as my husband cannot, his health has lost muscle power and it is much better for him if the carers are the same ones as much as possible they get used to his lack of movement. This seems to be more settled now, which is good.
Very kind staff. Staff very kind, wish they could cook more, make better tea. Reliable.
The carer has been pleasant and considerate. She has been trained and is competent. She remembers details and follows through.
To all that work at Oath Healthcare, I am pleased that you have helped me so many times for me at home for us both.
I have a very difficult language barrier with a lot of my carers. They don't understand me and I don't understand them, although they are all very nice people. Training/shadowing is not up to scratch and is not given over a long enough period. They're always in a hurry to get to their next job. Some can't even microwave a dinner correctly.
