Right at Home has been our rock since my husband had a stroke and we needed support. The Management guided us, advised us and listened to us during all the early planning. We initially needed a great deal of help, and I can only congratulate the Company that as we started to cut the hours required there was absolutely no suggestion or pressure not to do so. We are now being looked after in a secure way, and I cannot say how much we appreciate that. The Carers are a whole story in themselves.! Our highest praise has to be that within the first few visits they became, and continue to be, family! Thank you, Right At Home People!!!

I am very happy with the care, kindness, attentiveness, perceptiveness, and commitment of my mum's live-in carer. I think she is an exceptional and professional carer. I also think the backup of the 'Right at Home' management/co-ordinating team is very good, communicative, helpful, and timely. Altogether I have found the service a very good one.

I knew from my first dealings with Right at Home that we had found exactly what we were looking for. Our needs were understood and met with kindness and sensitivity. A big thank you to all the Carers and Management for their professionalism, reliability, compassion, and kindness. Most importantly for always putting our Mother's needs first, and for enabling her to safely stay in her home for as long as possible. Very grateful.

As an ageing independent healthy person not wanting to adopt the need for any assistance, I am very pleased. I have assistance twice weekly for two hours and it has been a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Right at Home (Camden, Hampstead & Golders Green) has provided the best care for my dad. The carers that care for my dad are very friendly, professional, kind and have a caring attitude. My dad has been well prepared with planning of the day, with board games or going out to the memory clinic that Right at Home provides. I have been at ease when I go to work knowing my dad is safe and with his carer.

Right at Home have been lovely and very helpful! All the staff, from the managers, coordinators to the carers themselves go above and beyond what is expected in order to give the best care to my parents. Last week the manager, on learning that my father was too frail to walk outside, offered to bring a wheelchair and take him for a spin which he really enjoyed! The carers are friendly, compassionate and engaging, and my parents look forward to seeing them. Finally I can rely on the team to provide extra cover if I am away which is a great relief. All in all a great choice.

This is an amazing care company with a fantastic team from carers to office staff, all dedicated to delivering the best outcomes, as they did with my brother. The carers are incredibly kind and efficient, and the management went above and beyond to provide us with the best care imaginable, very supportive of my brother's needs.

The agency has been fantastic, we had a care crisis with my elderly parents and needed to find somebody we could trust within a very short space of time! They assessed my parents at home and found us a wonderful carer at very short notice for my parents. The agency is supportive, caring and professional and the owner clearly cares about the agency and the individuals involved, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Right at home were phenomenal looking after my grandmother. As someone who has supported my grandmother for a long time, it was important I found the right care that I could trust. The management and care provided was exactly what my grandmother needed and she felt comfortable around the staff. Great job by the team!

From the start, we were very impressed with how Right at Home in Camden, Hampstead and Golders Green understood the issues we faced, approaching them with kindness, care and professionalism. They took a lot of trouble to find the right carer for our mother and it's extremely reassuring to see how well things have worked out. We are very grateful to the whole team at Right at Home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The team at Right at Home in Camden, Hampstead and Golders Green made a daunting task a lot easier right from the management and office team, talking us through the options with empathy and transparency, through to the excellent carers who were patient, understanding and always took time to accommodate requests, understanding that each patient is an individual with different preferences. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Right at Home.

Perfect support each Thursday when required. On time, cheerful and ready to do anything. Provides ideal support for the one day a week when the sole carer Husband has a day off. The management seem to be unable to cope with Direct Debit payments. I am owed four weeks support for times when it was not required and we gave the specified notice that we would be away. This is of particular concern as we understand that if we do not require support on a particular day, then our care worker is not paid.

This gave us the peace of mind to choose the right care package for my father. I would like to thank the team for all their support and I would highly recommend their services.

The service offered has been excellent from start to finish (my uncle has now gone into a care home). In his initial review, the office manager showed genuine interest in my uncle and his interests and found a carer who was able to provide my uncle with not only physical support but also companionship and emotional support. Whenever there was any concern or issue about my uncle, Right at Home responded immediately. When his main carer was on holiday, and my uncle did not bond with the replacement, another person was immediately found for the holiday cover. My uncle really enjoyed visits from his carer, and we have enjoyed dealing with Right at Home. I would definitely recommend them based on our experience.

The service from Right at Home has been uniformly magnificent. In his initial visit, the owner spent a couple of hours talking to my mother about her life and requirements with genuine interest. Follow-up appraisals were incredibly thorough. Most important, the hourly visits from the delightful carer have all been impeccable in every regard (punctuality, kindness, competence and general charm). The office manager has responded promptly to every request and enquiry and has been more willing to change schedules and alter appointment times at short notice. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with this firm and my mother couldn't be happier with the support it offers. I cannot recommend Right at Home warmly enough.

It's fairly early to give a review. The carer has been extremely diligent and a good worker/carer. The other carer is always on time and seems to get on with Mum and Dad. As far as I'm aware, the managers are dedicated! The carers they send are good.
