It is my honest opinion that the care my father recieves from the Bluebird staff is somewhat exceptional. All staff I have met are extremely friendly and attentive. There is one member of staff who definitley goes out of her way to ensure my dad is more than comfortable and would go as far as saying that she sees it more than a job, its like looking after a family member. What a beautiful person.

Bluebird Care has provided an excellent care and support service for my mum during the past twelve months. Both the carers and management staff are dependable, friendly and readily adaptable to the needs of the person being cared for and the family itself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

I was visiting my friend while the carer came, she was so lovely and very caring towards my friend as well as professional. She was very thorough and I could tell my friend felt at ease with her, she was polite and very patient.

A caring and supportive professional service. I highly recommend Bluebird Home Care. After experiencing many other companies in the area Bluebird delivers a far better service than all of them. My friend doesn’t stop speaking about the staff, it’s made a very positive difference in his life.

Bluebird Care carers are attentive to my mum's needs and very patient too. I also appreciate their flexibility; my mum, who has dementia, was recently moved without warning into a care home for assessment, Bluebird communicated with the care home's manager to arrange access to my mum; having been moved from her own home, my mum is currently unsettled but welcomes the Bluebird carers' visits.

Thank you so much to Bluebird Carers for supporting my brother-in-law when he moved to his new flat. My brother-in-law is blind and hard of hearing, the carers and manager were so good at listening to what we told them about how to support him. The carers seemed well-trained and able to use their skills to support him appropriately. The carers would look for additional things to do if they still had time left in the time allocated. The communication between ourselves and the manager was excellent, they always responded quickly, informed us of carers' concerns, suggested things they could do to support him more. One of the most important things from my point of view is that the managers and staff cared about the client and what they did. My experience and my brother-in-law's is that this is a well-run and excellent care agency. Many, many thank yous.

Not expected to ever need this service. Retired at 80. Super staff, professional, not mechanical and very human. Very aware of food safety, i.e. sell by dates, mould, smell. Thank you.

From initial contact through to today, the care provided has been of the highest quality. Dad is pleased with the standard of work and everyone we have been in contact with has been extremely personable, pleasant and professional. The staff have been quick to contact me if there have been any problems and also to discuss possible changes that may benefit Dad.

I found Bluebird Care after my mum's NHS post-hospital package came to an end last October. I was tempted to stay with the company providing her assistance but am so pleased I decided to switch. Within a couple of days of my initial enquiry, two team members came to visit Mum, armed with flowers and a card to say hello. The care, compassion and interest in Mum and her life that was displayed during that initial meeting was just heart-melting and this has only continued. To say that Bluebird goes above and beyond is an understatement! Mum has since had another stint in hospital and the team has been extremely flexible and accommodating during this period, ensuing that they meet all of Mum's needs, putting in extra visits as and when required and even popping in to see her when they are in the area, just to make sure she's ok and smiling. Her 'girls' are more than carers, they are her friends too and she loves them dearly. What more can you ask for? Thank you, Bluebirds, for everything.

I have dealt with many carers/companies over the last eight years or so but I can honestly say, Bluebird Care are head and shoulders above the rest! They really care for their clients, they go above and beyond to ensure their clients are well cared for, are enabled to enjoy their lives within the restrictions they have. Never stop caring, you really are an amazing company. Thank you for everything you're doing for my friend.

The carers are excellent with Mum. They encourage Mum to interact with activities such as making up shapes, jigsaws and exercise. They speak with Mum and go down memory lane, which helps Mum's memory. Many thanks.

All the staff are pleasant and helpful. We get on very well. We have a good understanding. they are always punctual and well-presented. The management team are very supportive and consider my opinions. I feel comfortable and confident in Bluebird Care North and looking forward to the future with them.

Excellent service. Always on time, which is a big reassurance for me to be able to go to work knowing my mum is up and safe. The staff always have a smile and are brilliant at dealing with my mum. They chat with her and make her laugh. They really do care and can't do enough for me and my family. Thank you so much, Bluebird.

Bluebird has recently taken over a care package for my client and so far are proving to be knowledgeable, proactive, responsive to feedback, and they use their own initiative. I've had great communication from the Registered Manager and am confident in their ability to manage the package effectively. They have demonstrated that they want to work with us to develop their input so it is the best it can be for our mutual client. They certainly haven't lost interest in customer care as soon as they secured the work, which can so often be the experience elsewhere. Any teething problems along the way have been addressed quickly, competently and appropriately, and the staff they have provided have so far proven to be of a high quality. I have found them to be flexible and accommodating of requests, as well as communicating useful suggestions of their own. I would absolutely refer to Bluebird again.

The care my mother receives is excellent. The carers are kind and considerate, always punctual, which is a relief to me and my family. We consider ourselves very fortunate to get such a conscientious company working for us.

Bluebird Care are supportive and are client-centred, hence acknowledging and catering to required tasks and requirements. Additionally, staff and management utilise good time management and positive communication, thus there have been no delays in their response to any questions. I would recommend Bluebird to friends and family.

I had been with BlueBird care for a couple of months now, their service is really great. They go above and beyond, Blue bird staff is really friendly and flexible which is great as I am a student with a timetable that changes all the time. The management team had been very supportive and accommodating toward my need like when I had appointments or my uni schedule had changed they were able to change my care calls accordingly on a short notice. All the staff are really happy working for BlueBird and they show this through the calls, by their happy personalities and meaningful conversations, friendly and caring and not just because of the paycheque. I had other companies that were not as punctual letting me down. I am pleased to say that BlueBird is not one of those companies. As a disabled individual, I would definitely recommend BlueBird care, one of the best companies I have ever used.
