We are so grateful we found Neways at Home to care for our Mum. The carers were friendly, cheerful, professional, totally reliable and - most importantly - extremely kind and caring. They were supportive of us as family carers, and especially helpful whenever Mum was poorly. They were knowledgeable and able to offer advice on all aspects of care, with everything quietly and efficiently overseen and organised by the care manager. Thank you Neways!

Neways at Home not only provide excellent care for my dad but also support to us as a family. Having the same regular carers means that small changes are noticed and acted upon and, where these are medical in nature, Neways are quick to respond and seek appropriate help. I have found the carers to be patient and thoughtful. They have taken care to get to know my dad and understand how to approach his care needs where there might otherwise be resistance. There is good communication between the carers, management and the family and I have found Neways to be proactive in suggesting ways that will further support Dad's emerging needs. I can highly recommend them.

Neways at Home have been caring for my brother since he was discharged from hospital in October. They have been brilliant, giving an excellent standard of care, and supporting him well. They offer advice and experience, and lift a lot of the worry from my shoulders. They are knowledgeable, and happy to collaborate with other agencies. I am so glad we selected them, and I fully recommend them.

Over the past 18 months, the team at Neways have been absolutely brilliant for my dad who is now older than he once was, and does need some extra help across the week. The team are punctual, professional, proactive and above all extremely friendly and pleasant. Dad looks forward to their visits for the regular social contact as well as the great service they provide. Thank you to Team Neways!

Our experience of Neways has been excellent, the manager is really hands-on and empathetic, the carers are really lovely, and I have complete trust in them looking after my parents in a really caring way.

We are very pleased with the care that is being given to our mother. It has made her life much more comfortable and that has helped her be more relaxed. The addition of transport to, and support with, appointments away from home has also been a great help as well. It is just a shame that we cannot set up a direct debit to pay for the services and seem to have a small problem contacting the office to make payment by phone.

I can certainly give this care company 5 stars. All the carers are very polite and friendly, they will accommodate your needs. We started using Neways a few months ago and the care has been brilliant for Mum's needs. The service and staff have been reliable and the communication excellent. Mum is always treated with respect by the carers and by using Neways' service it has helped the whole family.

My experience with home care was wholly positive from beginning to end. Home care came to my help without any if’s or buts when all doors were closed to me. The carer who came to care for my sister was a delightful person, very caring and professional. Not only did she care for my poor ailing sister, but she was concerned also for myself.

I have nothing but praise for the carers that attend to Mum. Your attention to detail is second to none. I really appreciate the fact that if any changes in Mum's health occurs the GP is informed and if necessary, an appointment is made or medication is collected if it needs to be. Everyone that comes to Mum works to a very high standard and nothing ever seems to phase them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you all to anybody.

Very pleased with the care my mum is receiving. A competent, professional service catering for my mum's needs. When alterations to the care required have been needed, they have been carried out with the minimum of fuss and bureaucracy.

Neways at Home have provided wonderful care for my parents enabling two 90 year olds to stay living at home. The carers are kind, caring, considerate and very patient, ensuring my parents have the care they need. I would thoroughly recommend Neways at Home.

I am so glad I found this agency, as they have provided an excellent service caring for my Mum with advanced Parkinson's. We have been using Neways at Home since last September, and they have adapted to suit my Mum's changing care needs. She now requires multiple visits a day, and it's so reassuring to know I have carers I can rely on, as I don't live locally. They have provided reassurance to my parents and go above and beyond. They always contact me with any concerns, and I know I can speak to someone at any time. I really can't recommend them enough.

Neways at Home has cared for both my mum and dad for several months. Both of my parents have had medical problems and the carers have been both very careful and astute when there has been a change or a problem concerning their health or well-being. I have never had any trouble contacting them and they have been flexible and supportive, especially in the last couple of weeks when it became obvious that my mum, who was terminally ill, didn't have long to live.

Thank you to all the lovely ladies who attended and assisted my mother following her broken arm and a subsequent further short stay in the hospital, after which it became clear that an increased level of assistance was required. We were impressed by the team's prompt attention to our changing circumstances and requirements. The carers have been professional, efficient and friendly throughout. Due to changing circumstances yet again, my parents have moved to a care home but we are very pleased with the support provided these last few months.

I can't fault Neways at Home in any way. They found a local carer for my father who has proven to be a godsend. They are kind, courteous and patient. I have no hesitation in recommending Neways to anyone looking for home care.

We have been using Neways at Home for weekly home visits for a couple of months and have been very impressed with the level of care, and the quality of company they have all provided to my dad. It is a lifeline for him to have visitors who look after his personal care, and provide a midday meal and much-needed stimulation and conversation. It is also a lifeline allowing me to leave the house for work for one day a week knowing Dad is in safe hands. Thank you to all who have been involved both in the initial setup and the weekly visits.

We were really stuck for getting additional care and respite care for my mum, who has vascular dementia in November 2022. Neways came up trumps with a great care package in mid-January 2023, and the manager, as well as the staff, have been brilliant. They listen, advise, plan and then adapted what we needed as a care package to assist me as the main carer. I was doing ridiculous hours supporting my mum on top of paying her household bills, organising care, shopping, gardening etc. The burden Neways has lifted off my shoulders is greatly appreciated, and my mum gets on well with the carers! The carers treat Mum well and let me know if there are any concerns. Would highly recommend the manager and her team.

In the short time the carers visited our home I was most impressed with all who attended to my husband, giving him great personal care, treating him with dignity and respect, being reliable, patient, friendly, chatting and getting to know him, bringing out his humour. The carers were all clean and well-presented. Top marks on personal hygiene. They became our friends too and were a pleasure to have in our home, hence it was hugs all around when they finished as my husband needed to into a care home.
