The staff and their team of carers have been excellent. My Mum's health has deteriorated rapidly, & they have gone out of their way to arrange & adapt care visits accordingly. All the carers are lovely, the app logging care visits is brilliant, & has given us all peace of mind during an extremely stressful time. I highly recommend them.

Surecare ladies treat my Mum with great kindness and respect, they are happy and friendly and do their best to interact with Mum. They keep us updated after every visit which is really helpful. Their timekeeping is excellent, we can always rely on them to visit on time. Special treats at Christmas and on her birthday especially appreciated. Keep up the good work.

From mid-March I had SureCare caring for me following a major injury to my arm and shoulder that left me unable to care for myself. The manager and two of her staff came to visit me daily for 9 months. They took care of my daily personal hygiene regime. I was more than happy with the service provided. They were professional and very caring and helped me to regain my confidence and ability to help myself. I can't thank them enough and will always recommend them wholeheartedly.

SureCare enabled my Dad to live in his own home and have his own independence. He has ever-changing needs and the team goes above and beyond to accommodate these changes. They keep me up to date with what's happening day to day via the app.

We have used SureCare for over 2 years for my Mother. We are really pleased with the care team who look after her. They enable her to remain independent, actively engage with her, respect her views and decisions and most importantly ensure she is safe. We are very pleased with their care and support. We would highly recommend this care team to other families

My mother suffered a major injury to her arm and shoulder in mid-March. She was obviously affected by this injury, but also on a personal and mental level regarding conducting basic personal hygiene and personal care. SureCare came out and assessed her immediately and put in place a usable care plan which took care of her needs and suited the necessary requirements. During this time, they gave her the confidence to help herself and just being there to help additionally if necessary. I will always be thankful to them for providing this personal service and will highly recommend them if anyone considers using them in the future.

A very caring professional company and helpful in what ever way they can to make sure my husband is happy and his needs are accounted for and he has everything he needs before they leave and is happy and I have one less thing to worry about. I found this company after a number of people, I deliver to, expressed their positive reviews of it. I have to say, from my experience over the past few months, they have been diligent, professional and compassionate. Compared to another company that was funded locally after my mother was released from hospital, this company has been nothing but outstanding. I particularly like that I can see each day what has happened through an app that I access. I would have absolutely no hesitation what so ever of recommending Sure Care as a care service for anyone.

I want to give my sincere thanks to the Stevenage SureCare team for making a very difficult time as comfortable as possible for my mother in her last weeks and months. From our very first discussions, the leadership showed enormous empathy and support, with a hands-on approach to establishing care routines and resolving any challenges. The care team were, without exception, excellent. Professional, helpful and kind; they did everything that they could to create a positive environment. SureCare went well beyond my expectations of the kind of care that we would be able to get for my mother. They were there for the family every step of the way with both practical and emotional support, responding dynamically to each new challenge. The whole team were so accommodating, friendly and flexible. My mum and dad always found their carers positive and very helpful. We appreciated how the carers were willing to go the extra mile and do extra little jobs that needed doing around the flat if they had time. SureCare gave me peace of mind, knowing that my parents were safe whilst I was on holiday.

Cannot thank SureCare enough for a smooth transition over the past weeks. Very professional company that really cares about its client and his wellbeing. The service provided was both practical yet compassionate. A small item but the care company manager organised a birthday cake and visited on Mum's birthday and also attended the cremation ceremony. I think those things alone describe the level of care provided.

We have been using home care for a while now and we are very pleased with the service they provide. The carer who comes out daily is a lovely lady and does a tremendous job of looking after my mother-in-law, also the people who run the company are very informative and keep a good communication with us about anything we should know. Would highly recommend them.

SureCare was recommended to us by the hospital after Mum had a bout of pneumonia and needed help at home. We have the carer in Monday to Friday mornings to help Mum get up, washed and dressed and they prepare her breakfast and make sure she is comfortable. This has helped us a lot. We would definitely recommend this company. The management team are so friendly and helpful.

Since engaging with SureCare, we have been on a significant journey and the regrettable decline of my mother's health. During this time, we have formed a strong and trusted bond with our care team, who provide amazing support, companionship, and advice to our mother on a daily basis. The reassurance we get from these daily visits is immeasurable, but also 'real-time'. The mobile app provides us with detailed updates following the visit, which provides us insight into our mother's well-being, dietary updates and medication intake - which helps with our continued personal updates with her. This information has proved vital in our support for our mother. These visits are not intrusive on our mother's behalf but are structured and accurate in the recording of observations, conversations and support. We have been made aware immediately of any concerns about our mother's health (under/over medicating) as an example, which allows us to take action. We are hugely grateful to the team.

From our initial discussions to service delivery, they more than met and exceeded our hopes and expectations. More importantly, Mum was clearly fond of all who provided her care. SureCare provided wonderful care for our dad at the end of his life while we were providing palliative care for him at home. It was a very difficult time for us, and I'm not sure how we would have coped without the care provided by the SureCare team. The team provided a very person-centred approach and was careful to listen to Dad and ensure that he had full control over the care he received. The team showed Dad compassion and dignity, which was extended to the entire family. We couldn't have asked for anything more during this difficult time, and the carers are a credit to the organisation. SureCare provided us with comfort and support at the most difficult of times, and we have no hesitation in recommending them to other families looking for care and support for their loved ones.

My brother and I share caring for our 89-year-old mother together with Sure Care. This is a partnership which supports care for Mum and enables her to continue living independently in her own home. Carers attend daily to help Mum with getting up, encourage bathing and help her decide what to wear. Her carers also make sure she has breakfast and a hot drink and that she takes her morning medications. This is all reported daily on the app. This, in turn, is backed up by text messages from the Sure Care manager. Records are regularly updated, visits are well managed and we have never been let down. All Mum’s carers treat her with courtesy, kindness, and concern for her well-being. They have become good friends acknowledging special occasions, Christmas, Easter and Mum’s birthday with cards, balloons and flowers. They take a keen interest in things and have encouraged Mum to play the piano once again. Notably, when it is time to leave, Mum will ask “do you have to go?”.
