Right at Home are a quality care company with staff that take the time to engage with their clients. They are reliable and trustworthy - I know my 102 year old Mum is in safe hands when they are with her. Excellent service.

The service is excellent - daily carers are punctual, professional, kind and willing. Any concerns I may have are listened to, discussed with me and if any arrangements need to be altered or amended as client needs change this is done promptly and efficiently through the management.

Initially we used RAH for Saturday outings for parents - to the park or for lunch. These were greatly enjoyed by all. As parents capabilities declined they came reliably every evening to manage 'sundowning' and prepare/supervise evening meal, showers and bedtime routine. 3 Carers were all lovely and quickly established good/ fond relationships with parents. We had a few hiccups but mgt picked them up quickly and the assistance was invaluable in keeping parents safe and well looked after for 4 months until they had to go into care home. Good reports/ feedback from the carers although I had huge issues accessing the report system!

My mum received a wonderful service from RAH and I would recommend their service. The manager took a lot of time to understand and assess Mum's needs. She matched Mum with Carers which Mum really liked. The Carers demonstrated an understanding of dementia needs and showed kindness towards Mum. They took time to listen to her stories and ensured she took her medication and meals. I would recommend this service to families who have elderly relatives who need extra care.

The service and care provided by Right at Home has been absolutely excellent. Post hip replacement I had 3 weeks help on discharge from hospital. My carer has been totally professional, caring, and completely excellent. The care I received aided my recovery 100%. The carer is always beautifully clean and well-presented. She approached every aspect of care with tenderness and empathy I couldn't have had better care. Management was also excellent cannot praise them enough.

The career attended to Mum's needs with absolute compensation, mum felt at ease with the career & looked forward to the visit, especially when it took us a long time to convince her to let someone in to help her with her needs, 5 stars all the way, thank you.

The registered manager and the team have been a fabulous help to my Aunty and Uncle. The registered manager is very knowledgeable and her experience in this sector has been invaluable in helping us navigate through our current situation. My uncle has reported that the care has been good.

Thank you to Right at Home for providing a high standard of care to our 93-year-old mum for the past year and a half. The transition from mum being totally independent to being assisted with personal care was managed in a professional and considerate way. The caregivers showed her kindness, understanding and friendship. Management were always happy and willing to discuss unexpected challenges, to help find a solution that suited Mum and the family, of which we were enormously grateful. Thanks again to all those at RAH, who provided great care and friendship to Mum!

The registered manager and her wonderful team are what everyone wants in a care service. As a nurse myself I feel it’s imperative that service users are treated with dignity and respect that they deserve. The registered manager has helped me out immensely when I have needed extra care provision for my nan at short notice. Her team really do care and contact us when they have queries or uncertainties surrounding the service user. I have 100% trust in their knowledge. Thank you for always giving your best.

If you are reading this review, you are probably looking for extra help for yourself or a loved one. Please look no further - if you want to have peace of mind in the knowledge that the care provided for yourself or loved one, Right at Home is exceptional! I have no hesitation in recommending this company as they have constantly exhibited very high standards of care for my dearly loved 86-year-old frail mum. Not only am I highly impressed, but more importantly, my mum is very happy with the care provided.

We have been using this service since December for my mother after she had a series of falls and have been very pleased with the service. The manager is a consummate professional, was very thorough in her assessments, friendly and related well to us all and has a wealth of knowledge which we have all found helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were able to adapt in a timely manner to my mother's changing needs.

My mum (who is 101 years of age) has always been very independent but in the last couple of years has needed more help from myself and my sisters. After meeting the manager and a staff member from 'Right at Home' at an open day in Uxbridge this seemed to be the right way to move forward with care for Mum in her own home. My mum is very happy with the care she is receiving - which equally makes us happy too. The carers are always polite, courteous and professional - are so the management staff, always a pleasure to speak to. Thank you for first-class service.

I have used this service for some weeks, and I have really appreciated the support I have had. I felt confident when agency managers came to asses my needs, and subsequent contact has been excellent. The carers they have provided have been wonderful from the start. I have needed emotional support, and she provides this always, along with the willingness to help with any task. Her visit has helped me enormously.

I am 92 years of age and normally live alone at my family home with a weekly domestic cleaner. I have broken my hips through falling so have to use a walking frame to help me walk. Since receiving help from Right at Home for the last couple of months, which I found very kind, considerate and helpful! My carers have been very kind and considerate, especially taking me out to garden centres etc to relieve my burden!

I am very pleased with my carer. We get on very well and have become friends. She is so very supportive and gently encouraging when we go out on our 'adventures'! It is very important for me to get out and about and she is always suggesting outings, such as the library, garden centres, art exhibitions, feeding the ducks, local shops and etc. The house is very clean and she often suggests doing something I haven't thought of.

I have found the carers to be extremely attentive to my mother in laws needs. They are firm but extremely professional and considerate. They have been amazing support. The firm has been really good at accommodating our changes.

Right at Home (Hillingdon & Uxbridge) have now been looking after my friend (with Alzheimer's) in the morning for several months. They have been excellent, and I have now extended their care to evenings as well. The managing director and her staff have taken kind and intelligent care of my friend despite having some challenges at times, almost beyond the call of duty. This enabled me to move away for the Christmas holiday, knowing my friend was in good hands and that he would be fed well, thanks to the microwave oven. The initial discussions with the managing director were extremely helpful, and this resulted in a first-class care package. I am very happy to recommend Right at Home (Hillingdon & Uxbridge) for their excellent care of the elderly.
