I have found the care provider to be highly efficient in the care and detail of care they provide to a long-term friend in a care home. The support worker has provided my friend with numerous memories and products to assist with her home comforts and that has gone a long way to her feeling safe and well in her new surroundings.

It's been remarkable how my friend has progressed and to see how comfortable and relaxed she has become. She was quite withdrawn in the beginning, but now seems to have integrated more and I feel this in part is due to you. I feel this has all happened in the last twelve months. The therapy dog and visits are a big part of this.

Throughout all the time the care and assistant wellbeing consultant from this agency has visited and supported my friend, she couldn't possibly have done any more for him. She totally understood his needs and how best to support and advise him. She continually went over and above any expectations and he felt himself extremely fortunate to have the continuing relationship with her. They became friends and he derived so much comfort from her visits, sharing parts of their experiences and lives, and jokes and worries. She stayed with him until the end. The organisation fully understood him and, not only the care and assistant wellbeing consultant, but the whole organisation offered kindness, support and respect. I absolutely cannot fault the brilliant care provided by this organisation.

Throughout the time my friend has been cared for by your agency, I have observed professionalism, care and thoughtfulness in their approach to her. Always taking into consideration her best interest, involving her care and well-being. I would strongly recommend this agency to any person in need of their help in the future. I am grateful for all their help.

I was recommended this care provider by my solicitor. My wife is suffering from Dementia, and as her carer, I need additional services that are not provided by the Local Authority such as house cleaning, washing and ironing, running errands and shopping as I have my own health problems. After an in-depth meeting to assess my needs, the care provider promptly provided me with a lovely helpful local lady who is excellent and could not wish for better. In addition, the Company is planning ahead for when the time comes that I need care myself. I recommend this care provider to anyone who is in a similar situation as myself.

The care provider really do what they say. They matchmake the right kind of person to work with and help your loved one. Then they offer training to the suitable applicant as well as regular feedback and creative ideas for bringing more depth to the work. They provide a monthly rigorous review over safety and equipment and medication as well as happiness and hope. My husband is 81 and has a mixed Dementia and cannot walk so their all-round approach really matters.

The staff at this agency have great empathy to what is needed for our dad. They try their hardest to find the right match to care for our dad. Always there to help. They are proactive in keeping up to date with the medical care and what support is needed.

My mother has vascular dementia and her care is managed by this care provider. I had a general review call today. Mum is in excellent general health and our family put this down mainly to the wonderful and compassionate care provided by her two carers. She is constantly stimulated with photo books, and various activities including singing, sensory activities, outside visits, television etc. We are thoroughly happy with the service we receive from the care provider and doubt mum would receive better care from any other provider.
