The Whole Experience of East Midlands carers looking after my personal needs is exceptional. The carers are always polite and friendly but know when to be professional for my care. The carers have respect for my home and leave my kitchen as tidy as I like it. The hygiene standards are excellent and when it comes to my care they treat me with dignity which means a lot to me and I really have to praise the male carers, they do not make me feel uncomfortable and they also treat me with dignity and respect. What really impressed me was I had to turn a carer away because I was being sick which I have a phobia of and nobody has to be with me. The carer made sure I was OK before he left and literally within minutes my phone rang and it was East Midlands on call carer, the carer who had been to see me had Phoned to let her know I was not well and she was phoning to make sure I was OK and if I needed them all I had to do was call. I have never felt so safe knowing they were there for me, what a brilliant company.

An amazing care company who really seems to care about their end users and all their staff both in the office and the carers themselves. I can't thank East Midlands Care Agency Services staff for doing their damndest to our meet mum's requirements. I can finally take a step back and relax in the knowledge the mum is in the best possible hands and she loves her carers. I can't thank them enough after having a previous care company that was only interested in meeting targets and had no interest in the care and job satisfaction of their carers and didn't seem interested in meeting the needs and requirements of their service users. So a very big thank you again to you all at East Midlands Care Agency Services.

The carers help mum with all sorts that she cannot manage anymore, it is so much reassurance to me that I know someone is going in each day to help, all the carers are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. They all love Bruce the dog and make a fuss of him, would always recommend East Midlands care Agency to family and friends.

Please convey to everyone at East Midlands Care Agency Services our heartfelt thanks for all the love and excellent care given to mom from the start of her journey with you from early 2023 up until the last few months of her life. The support to us as a family was always gratefully received and took a lot of the worry off our shoulders. Everyone dad and I dealt with from senior management, and back office staff through to the dedicated care team were outstanding. Mom was very grateful to everyone who spent time with her, helping her stay in her own home as she wanted. We were so pleased to have found East Midlands Care Agency Services and we would highly recommend them.

As a new user of East Midlands Care Agency Services, I can only say that my experience so far has been totally positive. All the carers sent to me have been very nice, and skilled in their handling of my wife who has severe dementia.

I was extremely reluctant to use a care agency to enable mum to remain living in her own home and continue to be as independent as possible, but we got to a point where we could not continue to care for mum ourselves. All aspects of the service have been exceptional, from the assessment process to the excellent care and support that the team provide for mum. All the care staff are kind, respectful and patient with mum, ensuring that all of her needs are met. Mum has said on a number of occasions how much she loves the ladies that visit her. The additional and prompt support of the management team when mum has been unwell has been amazing and so reassuring that they are just at the end of the phone. We as a family are so pleased that we chose East Midlands Care Agency they certainly are a premium service and we would highly recommend them.

East Midlands Care Agency Services took over my care in the middle of April. The staff were very reassuring and soon set aside any worries I had. All the staff are so friendly. They go above and beyond. The transition went so smoothly. Thank you so much.

My Mother has used East Midlands Care Agency Services for approximately five months now. She has got on well with all the carers who have helped her during a difficult period with her health. They have all been supportive, friendly, and helpful and the management has also been ready to step in and give extra support when this was needed. This was necessary last November when Mum was particularly unwell. Both my Mother and I would not hesitate to recommend East Midlands Care Agency Services to other potential users and would like to thank them for all their help and support.

I knew from the moment I found East Midlands Care Agency Services that it was the right care company for my mum and dad. The company ethos of independence at home but with care was perfect for my parents. And the range of professional care services offered including emergency ambulance, and paramedic-trained fall/emergency response went further than others. When I made my initial enquiry ENCAS was highly professional and so caring. I was dealing with a highly charged emotional situation and needed fast and effective solutions. EMCAS provided advice and support to me through organising the social care requirements which were complicated and very bureaucratic and came out personally to meet my mum to discuss her care needs with her and talk through all that they can offer. Mum felt very confident with them and instantly trusted them. EMCAS was there for Dad too. The care packages were in place quickly. The care team is wonderful. Kind, caring. I could not have set it all up without EMCAS. I 100% recommend EMCAS.

Amazing staff, it’s so lovely to see the bond my mother has with her carers especially as they do all the intimate care for her. Staff always update me on any issues fast and point me in the right direction whether it be medical advice and which department I need to contact or offer advice from their collective experience to ease the stress that comes with supporting loved ones.

Staff are very kind and caring towards my mother. All tasks are completed professionally. The only thing my mum struggles with is if the carers arrive before 8 o'clock. Carers will collect my mum's paper on a Saturday morning and will do any shopping she asks for. We have introduced washing and tumble drying on a weekly basis now, and if they have finished before their time, they will sit and have a chat with her.

East Midlands Care Agency Services cared for my late wife for a long time before I decided to receive care from them as well. The carers have always delivered a high standard of care. They have looked after me and are available 24/7 to call for help. They made a big difference to my wife’s well-being and helped promote her independence. The management has always done their best to support me to continue living in my home now that I live alone. Thank you

Reliable service that goes just that bit further to care for their clients. They are always accessible 24 hours a day for assistance. And my brother is first priority and his needs are met daily. My elderly mother is always involved and has a good relationship with all of the caregivers. Given my mother’s reluctance to pass over care, the team handled it very well indeed

I have no hesitation in recommending East Midlands Care Agency Services. We have never looked back since we started using this brilliant care service. My father age 87 wished to return home after respite in a care home following a fall, he has mobility issues and Parkinson's. Management put together a care plan to enable Dad to do that. The staff are caring, courteous professional, reliable, friendly, respectful and upbeat. A team you can really trust who really looks after dad. The staff have really got to know dad and what his interests are. When a staff member has visited dad, a service report is emailed giving the opportunity to rate the service received and make comments. It's a great service with a good ' Falls Service' too which was invaluable when dad had another fall recently giving us peace of mind and dad his independence. Without East Midlands Care Agency Services dad could not remain living at home. They take the stress and strain away and take the reins. We are very happy for dad to continue receiving care with East Midlands Care Agency Services

When choosing a care company for our nana we were very thoroughly looking for a company that would offer the best care and we definitely did that. EMCAS have been fantastic they are thorough, professional, kind and so helpful to both the service user and the family as a whole. Management is 'on it' whenever something needs doing or an issue has arisen and they sort it out straight away with no hesitation. I worried about my nana having carers in the house at first but there was no need she absolutely loves them. All of the carers are lovely, professional and very knowledgeable in all areas of care. I could not ask for more than the care they give my nana and would recommend them to anyone.
