I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care provided by the staff at Tutela. I appreciate how attentive they are to my mothers needs and preferences. Alongside their highly skilled and patient staff who also manage my moms medication and personal care, my mother has built a strong and positive relationship with the workers at Tutela care. I am particularly impressed with the wrap around care they provide, ensuring the bespoke care plan they provide is tailored to our needs, which leaves my family with the utmost assurance we made the right decision to reach out to Tutela. The agency are responsive and flexible from the day i made contact with numerous enquiries and i felt well-supported throughout the entire process. Overall, my family are very satisifed with the service they provide and I highly recommend Tutela care to anyone seeking a reliable and compassionate team who put people at the heart of everything they do.

I needed urgent support with my epilepsy, in which Tutelacare was able to support me with my needs. And very caring and understanding, helped me with my anxiety, which put me at ease. I can highly recommend Tutelacare.

All lovely carers that look after my mum really well spend time with her take her shopping and to the hairdresser to try and keep her as active as possible to allow her to stay in her own home for her long as possible

Tutelacare stepped in for us when our previous care provider were being difficult and refused to extend Mum's sit-in hours. Thanks to Tutelacare's support by visiting Mum in the hospital when I was at work, they effectively saved her life and were able to be my eyes and ears. Mum and I were so happy to have them helping out at such a crucial time. Thank you!

Tutelacare are an amazing agency that has gone above and beyond for my grandmother, it is so comforting to know that she is being well cared for and all her needs are being met, no words can express the way I feel about these caregivers a huge weight has been lifted. To find the the right caregivers who are compassionate, empathic and sensitive and dependable who just get it. No more sleepless nights she is definitely in great hands.

Mum recently needed a bit of extra help with medication and mealtimes as she hadn't been consistent with taking her medication. After meeting with the managers who presented as very professional and knowledgeable in their field and also a great sense of humour I was happy to employ them with her care. First and foremost they have aided in keeping up her independence by involving her in everyday tasks around the home, for example, changing her bedsheets which keeps the bedroom smelling fresh. My mums always kept the house spotless so things like these were noticed and of course, it is hard for her to let other people do these tasks due to her always being fiercely independent. They have also taken her for walks to the park or up the road as mum cannot go far unassisted and sometimes she can't make it out at all but they always offer. The local newsagent was so pleased to see her as she used to visit every day when she was able. Thank you for all your hard work Tutelacare!

Team Tutelacare has done an excellent job of caring for our father, who has Alzheimer's. They came highly recommended and that was evidenced in our first video call meeting. We live overseas and it was important that we were comfortable with a care team charged with caring for our father in our absence. They presented professionally, providing a structured care plan for our father’s needs. Since working with them they have fulfilled all services promised which are documented on their website and more (i.e. waiting for workmen to service a boiler out of hours, daily reports/updates). For the hard work, integrity and compassionate and emotional support provided by the team - we are grateful and thank you. Last, but by no means least, our dad adores the team. Go Team Tutelacare!

My best way to describe the care given is a brilliant carer, hard-working, motivating and makes their client feel comfortable and they are engaging with the client as well which is good for a sense of social lifestyle. Good care, recommend using.

Caring for Aunty with great dignity! We were concerned about getting my aunt the best care possible. A friend recommended Tutelacare to me. Combined with warmth and respect, Tutelacare offers a well-organised, effective service. All staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help. My aunt requires two home visits from a carer a day due to my daily schedule. After surviving Covid, my aunt had a fear of going out in the community, but with the guidance and support of the staff, my aunt had begun going out in the community once more and can resume the activities she used to like. I am very impressed by their professionalism, efficiency and enthusiasm. Tutelacare, thank you!

Amazing agency. Well-trusted and reliable. Good rates. They were amazing with my mum. There were no issues with regard to communication with management and myself as well as the healthcare workers. Would recommend to anyone requiring extra help.

Absolutely amazing company. They pay great attention to detail and cater well to individual needs. They helped me to create a care plan that covers everything needed including companionship. Since we have started Tutelacare I have seen a real change in my grandmother's character.

I am very pleased with the care provided for my mother. The staff are compassionate and patient, which is really important as my mother suffers from Alzheimer's. I am able to contact staff and receive a full commentary on the care provided daily.

I found a Tutelacare poster in a shop in Putney. I found it very helpful to be written in my first language since my mum doesn't speak English. We have been working with this agency for about three months and we are very happy with the care they are providing. They are very understanding and also flexible when tailoring supporting hours. We have an allocated care worker who is lovely and is always on time, which is important as I work full-time at the hospital. Also, the management keeps in touch with us to ensure everything is all right and we are happy.

It can be very daunting looking for care for a loved one, and I walked into Tutelacare and felt a sense of home-from-home. The staff gave me time to ask as many questions/advised me on our best options. They were kind and considerate and made sure that we were clear on all the information given. Their best interests are the client's and the family's needs. Thank you so much for making this journey happy and comfortable.

Tutelacare is a new provider within the care industry which made me a bit hesitant at first, however, as a family friend referred them to me from professionally working with the directors in the past I gave it a go. I needed to find a carer three times a day to support the needs of my elderly mother, as I work full-time and have a family of my own. I can say, I have not been more impressed and happy with the care that my mother is being provided with. My mum is so much more bubbly and happy. The carers are polite and involve my mother in all aspects of her care. They have even got her up cooking which she had stopped doing for some time. It has only been three weeks, I just hope with the demand on carers at present the quality of care remains the same. Thank you, Tutelacare!
