View Full Details of Adonai Healthcare ServicesThe manager and his team continue to provide excellent care for my Mum and support for us as a family. Mum has been receiving care since September 2023 and the care team have been very tolerant of my Mum's deteriorating health. Great job everyone and thank you.
Overall, I feel the care my brother receives is very good. The carers are all very respectful, caring and friendly to my brother and family members. There are two in particular where nothing is too much trouble and they never seem to rush him, for which we are all very grateful. Some, however, whilst still respectful, kind and supposedly fully trained don't always adhere to the needs of my brother. They are often in a rush to get the bus to their next client which then leaves him in discomfort. This leads to my sister-in-law having to watch them to make sure things are done properly for him and correct them if not, which is not nice for her. Maybe a company driver instead of relying on public transport? She should be able to use the 20 minutes or so to have a little respite for herself which I consider important for her as his sole carer 24/7 365 days a year. Finally, with carers in and out four times a day, it would be considerate for them to wear shoe covers, especially in wet weather as they access carpeted rooms.
Overall good. Can only speak for my carers, couldn't ask for better.
Polite and pleasant. Very good care.
I cannot recommend the ladies who care for my grandmother enough. They are polite, cheerful and caring and always have my grandmother's best interests at heart. It's a real peace of mind for us as a family that such good care is provided.
Staff are so caring and a credit to the company.
The staff are caring and go above and beyond to care for my mum. I don't know what I would do without them. I know you say don't mention names, but you know who they are, and you should be very proud of those staff.
Dad had received care from Adonai Home Care up until him being admitted to hospital in January 24 and then into a nursing home in March 24. During his time with Adonai he was very happy and enjoyed the company of his carer/s. These people are worth their weight in gold nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond their daily duties. One member of staff in particular was amazing always reliable and his compassion for the job and the total care he provided to Dad was truly inspiring. This company has come a long way and is committed to ensuring the best possible care is available for their clients.
All carers and management are very helpful and courteous and are adaptable to my needs, ie personal care, meals and medication needs, if there is a problem it is dealt with as soon as possible, I've found that Adonai care services has been the best care company that I have had.
Adonai Healthcare Services is exceptional. The carers are always polite and friendly with Mum and the family. We all talk as if we have known each other for a long time. Mum wouldn’t change anyone. They get on really well together. When I’ve had a minor problem, the manager has sorted it straight away. A credit to all of Adonai.
Adonai Healthcare Services has been diligent and reliable in providing daily morning care for our mother. She looks forward to the daily visits of her carers. She very much likes the staff and the manager is solicitous in enquiring after mother’s health and reporting any issues to us. We have been very pleased with Adonai’s continuing service.
My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer I was very nervous about bringing carers into my personal home and touching my husband. I was nervous about them bathing him and dressing them. This was a big wake-up call for me. However, Adonai Healthcare Services catered to my needs and my husband's needs. I had 3 calls a day which gave me a break and not only that, the carers gave me information about my husband's care and how to assist me. They gave my old man the dignity he needed as he was not happy with having carers at home as being in the right state of mind and being young. They have adapted to our culture. Management and carers tolerated my husband's bad behaviour and rudeness due to end-of-life situation. They actually gave us patience and understanding.
