Services are being used by my mother, who has dementia and the sense of empathy, care and support provided has been absolutely first-class. They have been so compassionate, always going above and beyond to provide for my mum. As a family, we are so grateful for the support given and the management has been fantastic with keeping us informed for our own reassurances.
