I really can't emphasize enough how much I always look forward to my carer's visits. She always has interesting things for us to do such as playing cards or listening to music or even doing some knitting when she produced a lovely flower-like item that is hanging in my sitting room. I absolutely love her visits.

We have been using Radfield Home Care for almost a year. They have been super supportive of the care given and are always responsive when the family has concerns about my father-in-law. Unfortunately, we all live quite a distance away but all feel secure in the knowledge that Radfield Home Care are on hand to help with all my father-in-law's needs in a sensitive way ensuring he is happy with all aspects and he is treated with respect at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking to find sympathetic and respectful care for any family members.

We contacted them back in July for assistance with my dad and we received an immediate response and a home visit to discuss our needs. The director and her team are so accommodating and they have provided an excellent service. Communication is excellent and we will continue using them.

I am very satisfied with my husband's care. I am also pleased with the quick responses to any e-mails and how they try to accommodate any changes to care days or further needs. We are fairly new to using the company but right from the first interaction, I felt they were efficient and caring.

I have got no complaints whatsoever. Since I have had my carer from Radfield my confidence showering is much better and I feel more confident in my normal actions. I enjoy her company while she is here.

An easygoing lady with a gentle manner. Easy to talk to - a good listener, she feels utterly trustworthy, I so enjoy her company. Always on time. Also the staff are equally as pleasant and gives one confidence. Thank you.

We have found Radfield Orpington to be reliable and kind carers. Communication is good and keeps us informed of changes taking place. They treat my mum with patience and concern. We are pleased with the care she receives and consideration for her dignity.

My carers have been coming to me since last year to do my shopping as walking is so difficult for me now. They always turn up on time with the right shopping and are friendly, helpful and polite. They are lovely girls.

Mum couldn't have received better care. All three carers each had a special relationship with Mum and Mum loved them all dearly. We sometimes had to change visit times and all carers did whatever they could to accommodate. All were very dependable, reliable and professional at all times. They all went above and beyond to ensure they met all of Mum's needs. They cared for, laughed with and cried with Mum. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. By a long, long way the best around and 100% reliable. The app is a huge reassurance to check all is ok.

My son has cancer and is unable to get out and about. Radfield Home Care has provided a companion for him on one day a week and he has also been visited by one of the directors a number of times to check everything is ok.

I can’t thank Radfield Home Care enough. The carers my father-in-law has are kind, considerate and very helpful. We are very happy with the service, the carers are punctual and I am always kept update on how my father-in-law is keeping. It is good as well that he sees the same carers daily. I would highly recommend if you are looking for care.

The team offered excellent service for my mother following an accident and needing personal care morning and evening. I would highly recommend this agency, good time-keeping and flexible when you need to change.

Radfield Home Care proved to be a lifesaver when you could not get more home care for my 96 year old mother. The contact before was both professional, courteous and totally understanding of our needs. They have an app to help know what has been done, which is vital as my mother could not remember anything. They left notes for the family and called if there was a problem.
