At all times the help from the carers was excellent. They took into
consideration the needs of the client but also of her family. Sadly on
occasions there was some confusion making it necessary for a phone call
to be made to the office and a replacement cover sent later. It was good
that towards the end of the clients life the same three carers came (one
at 8am, one at 2pm and one at 8pm). This gave the family a feeling of confidence.

The care staff have been very poor to excellent, but I have always been
treated with respect. The excellent carers have taken my physical
difficulties into account as they can vary each day. They have worked
with the nurse to improve my skin problems. Management staff do not seem
to have assisted the care staff well with transport to clients at all
times. The problems I have reported were sorted out. Overall experience mixed.

I am very happy with the care I received from your carers. My only
disappointment is when no one turns up for my daily care call.
