View Full Details of SAG Living HopeFrom the first contact with SAG Living Hope. I have been very pleased with the friendliness of the office staff. They sorted out my requests and are always available if I need to talk with them to change times etc. The carers are very efficient and friendly. I feel confident leaving my husband in their care. Having SAG Living Hope care for us is so important to me. I can have time to just relax.
My husband needed help getting washed and dressed in the mornings, in the week that he went to daycare, this freed me to do other essential tasks. I found SAG Living Hope staff to be very understanding of our situation (my husband has dementia). They visited promptly to meet us and consider the care that was needed. The carers that arrived in due course have always been punctual, very polite and helpful. They quickly learned what was required and also adapted as required. Overall, they have been friendly in a quiet way, which is suited to my husband's needs and temperament. Thank you!
The SAG team have built good relationships with my mother while they help her with her daily care needs. They review her requirements regularly to ensure the provision is appropriate. SAG are able to provide different levels of support to suit times when she is on her own for a few days and for times when other family members are at home to provide some support for my mother. Their invoicing is easy to understand and accurate. The experience of the team has allowed them to provide worthwhile advice for adjustments to the support given when a change of needs occurs.
SAG Living Hope have been looking after my parents for nearly a year. My mum is riddled with arthritis, my dad has vascular dementia, and other health issues and is on end-of-life care. We have a rotation of 3 carers to keep continuity because of dad's dementia who live in. Mum and dad have used other care companies but have not really been happy until we tried SAG. The staff are all amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them.
We recently had to increase Mum's level of care due to incontinence issues. She has always been resistant to care, especially physical personal care, which caused difficulties, we worked together discussing how best to deal with this and have overcome many of the challenging issues involved. SAG has been able to deliver the level of care necessary whilst balancing Mum's own demands, dignity and independence. Praise and thanks go to one lady for all her co-ordination and diligence in overseeing this.
