View Full Details of Easy Healthcare (Yorkshire)My wife and I were very impressed with the level of care my father received. All the staff were very polite and understanding of my father. They treated him with respect and dignity. The young man who sat with my dad on Thursdays and Sundays and cleaned my dad's part of the house was especially good to him.
Your care workers were very polite and very kind. Her carer was a special young man. He was charming and funny and he always made my mother smile and spent a lot of time talking to her. He would do anything to try and help my mum. All of the carers did their best to make mum comfortable. I would give them all 10/10. Mum has now passed away, so thank you for all you did for her.
A few teething problems at the start of my mother-in-law's care however these have now been resolved. Good understanding of her requirements and is willing to take on board any queries regarding how her needs are met. Will try to accommodate and assist where possible around my working schedule - not just there to support my mother-in-law but her family too.
We started having home care from April to August carers came in four times a day to help get aunty out of bed, wash, dress and medication given and make breakfast. Settle her down in the lounge to make sure she was comfortable until they came for the next three visits a day. Always made sure her needs were met to a high standard so very happy with the care that was delivered up until she had to go into the hospital.
My father was diagnosed with cancer in April 2023 and became bed/chair-bound until he passed in May 2024. The staff at this company tended to his care needs 4 times each day. All care staff were cheerful, compassionate, and kind to both my parents and the office staff were efficient and personable. My father looked forward to the care visits, and the carers became like family to us all - a lovely group of workers. We would recommend them to anyone, based on our experience.
The team have been incredibly respectful of my dad's needs and I have been really impressed with how much the staff genuinely care about treating my father well. I feel that the whole company value compassion very highly. They are also punctual and really helpful in the house, doing what's needed and making sure things aren’t left unfinished. I feel safe knowing they are taking care of my parents. I have also really been impressed with the clear communication.
I have found Easycare to be punctual, kind, caring and very communicative and understanding - I can't actually fault them. The office is so helpful. As our family's needs have changed, and they have done so regularly, the staff have been more than obliging in altering hours and times to suit so that continuity of care has continued as required - they have really been excellent. We could not be happier with Easycare. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
