We had excellent care from Wentdale Care last October through to December 2024. The carers were extremely good, always on time and never let us down. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for care in the home.

The manager and her wonderful team of carers looked after my mother in such a kind, caring manner. They took care of her food, hygiene and medication. Nothing was too much trouble. They took the time to talk to Mum and treated her as they would if she were one of their own family. They stepped in immediately and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a care package. Thank you to all the team.

I cannot recommend Wentdale Care highly enough - they have been unfailingly professional, practical, thoughtful and compassionate. They've looked after my mum (95) for the last 18 months, going over and above to enable her to stay healthy and happy in her own home with her beloved cat. The carers are experienced, observant and intuitive and always provide excellent care notes allowing us to feel reassured that she was in really good hands. If any issues arise, they have let us know promptly and included us in coming up with a solution. Living a long way from Mum, we are so relieved to have found carers who wouldn't let her down and they never do. Wentdale's knowledge of dementia care is particularly impressive, and we really appreciate the way they are thoughtful and flexible about her care plan, giving Mum's increasing needs. I've been involved in the care of several elderly relatives in recent years and Wentdale are without doubt some of the best carers I've known.

My mum's previous care company was deteriorating its care to my mum rapidly. From making the phone call to Wentdale Care to see if they would take Mum on to this current day I cannot praise and thank them enough. From the owners to the management right down to the ladies who look after Mum the service, attitude and attention to detail are outstanding. They have made us as a family so much happier and feel Mum is in such safe hands. They are punctual, reliable and dedicated to their clients. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. A breath of fresh air and certainly made my parents and me put a smile back on our faces.

My wife had a stroke which has left her with limited mobility, which now requires assistance in getting her in and out of bed, washing/showering etc. During the pandemic, all this required help was down to me and as I am not getting any younger, it was physically very demanding, so when I heard about Wentdale Care, I contacted them to see what they could provide, which I found was just what we needed in providing care for my wife. We have now been with the company from its inception and are delighted and impressed with the kindness and quality of care which they provide, not only for my wife but also for helping take the pressure off me. We have found the carers to be very friendly, knowledgable, helpful and above all trustworthy, who often go up and above their usual duties. The friendly owner is always hands-on and always available at the end of a phone for help or advice, should you need it. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Wentdale Care.
