Right at Home Exeter provided care for my Mother in Law for the last few months of her life. Right from the initial chat and assessment I was very impressed with their professionalism. The management and all of the staff were absolutely fantastic throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to help whenever they could. The carers were gentle, caring, thoughtful and always found time to have a nice chat before they left. I would highly recommend this company

My wife has Alzheimer's disease and both of us have struggled with its effects. We have had input from Right At Home for the past six months and have been very impressed, both with the thoroughness of the initial assessment and the standard of care provided over time. My wife has one regular carer (for two hours twice a week), and we have met several other members of staff, all of whom have been kind, reliable and resourceful. When I was seriously ill recently, RAH was able to temporarily increase its input significantly which was extremely helpful in managing the crisis. I'd be very happy to recommend RAH.

Excellent understanding and willing support given to both my wife and myself by the two wonderful carers provided by Right at Home during the period under review. We consider ourselves fortunate to have had the continued assistance of these two charming and considerate ladies.

We had to organise carers very quickly when our Uncle came out of hospital and couldn't have wished for more helpful and caring people to deal with during this stressful time. Since then we simply can not fault how they have cared for him and we certainly feel that he now has terrific support. We definitely feel that he is able to continue living happily and independently, which is so important to him.

Contacted care service for holiday respite for my 94-year-old father-in-law at quite late notice. They couldn't do enough to offer help. The manager visited with the carer to introduce themselves and discuss the services needed. Everyone was very polite, friendly, caring and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again. My father-in-law said everybody was lovely, he was very happy.

We have had a wonderful, kind and caring experience with both the carers and management. They are incredibly thoughtful and understanding and provide a fantastic service to my mum. They have been a fantastic support, and we couldn't ask for better.

Right at Home are brilliant and we have nothing but admiration for the whole team. Both managers and carers go above and beyond in helping our mother and have taken time to get to know her and make sure all her requirements are met. Our family feel totally relaxed in the knowledge that she is being properly cared for and have no hesitation in recommending them. If you are looking for a care company to look after your loved ones like family, then look no further than Right at Home.

I’ve been having Right at Home since August this year; they help with three showers a week due to my health and mobility issues. They are extremely professional, kind, caring and helpful and make me feel completely at ease when in my house. They go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. I have two very lovely ladies who help and I have grown a lovely bond with them both. They know exactly what routine I’d like and are always very friendly. I was so worried about having help at home because I was a younger person and had no idea what to expect. But this company and two ladies have really helped with the day-to-day struggles, and so glad I have their help (thank you!) Management is exceptional and always accommodating when times aren’t quite right understanding, and very approachable. The company is always on time, and now feel part of our family. Thank you, Right at Home, for your help.

Sometimes, there are people you meet in life that make a real difference to you and those you love most. From the very start, Right at Home listened to the needs of my aunt and subsequently acted accordingly. My aunt was shown great understanding, wonderful care and friendship. Every need was met. For me, in her final week, the support we received was incredible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did. You really are 'angels'.

I cannot fault Right at Home, from management down. The carers are excellent, high quality, perceptive and a cut above! Nothing is too much of a problem. They took us on last minute and nothing has been too much trouble. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

I am the full-time carer for my husband. I had to go into hospital for an operation and was anxious about his care during my recovery period. I need not have worried. The care given by the staff at Right at Home was excellent; they were all kind and caring. They arrived on time and did everything we asked of them and more.

A first-class service. Very competent and capable cares, for whom nothing is too much trouble. Recovering after an operation and being in a wheelchair, I particularly appreciated their help with mobility and personal care. In addition, their cheerful manner helped a lot in the early post-operative days.

Owing to the mobility problems that we were both encountering at the same time, we needed home carers to look after us. In the circumstances, we were delighted to arrange for Right at Home to look after us and to do the necessary visits to give care when needed. We have found them to be an efficient and very pleasant group of carers to deal with at all times. Accordingly, we have no hesitation in recommending their services where required.

Management could not be more helpful and efficient. All of the staff we have met have been friendly and helpful. Very responsive to any change of need and we have been very happy with the service.

The service provided by Right at Home (Exeter and Exmouth) was my first experience of a care provider and it was excellent; it completely changed my perception of the sector for the better. Should I need care in the future, Right at Home will be my first port of call.
