View Full Details of Tapvim Care Services LtdFriendly carers, always polite and have time to ask how we all are. Good service from them, only negative is they are finishing sometimes earlier than their time, sometimes 10-15 minutes earlier, other than that we are happy.
I do find the carers friendly and very kind to my mum. My mum was reluctant to accept care initially but the team have made her feel more accepting. I like the fact she has a core team and doesn't have lots of different faces. The communication between us all is good. My only suggestion is that they wear their name badges as Mum can't remember their names.
Very happy with the service. The carers are always very professional, happy, cheerful and polite. A very friendly team providing on excellent service. I feel completely safe in their care and trust them with all the help they give me.
The carers from Tapvim have been looking after my mum since she came out of hospital earlier this year. Initially I was very worried Mum would not accept help and someone going into her home but needn't have worried she has absolutely loved their help, chats and laughs together. Also I haven't had to worry that Mum is safe, eating, taking her meds or just not lonely. That's all been made possible with the carers' positive attitude, caring and good communication. Even though I live 4 hours from Mum I've been able to relax knowing she's in good hands and I've always been kept informed if anything was needed. A massive thank you to a great team for everything you've done and all the best in the future on behalf of both me and my mum and the cat of course. Kind regards.
We used Tapvim Care Services when my Dad came home after breaking his hip. The care staff were lovely, and very respectful towards my Dad and the rest of the family. They'd often check on my mum who has dementia, which I found very kind. The company worked with us to find a schedule that worked for all of us and I felt I could call and discuss any issues and that I was listened to. The only reason we stopped using Tapvim is that my Dad had to go into a care home as his needs were more than we could handle, but Tapvim totally understood and we would not have got through this period without them.
The staff that we had interaction with has been friendly, helpful and patient with my dad and his needs.
I find the care staff are very friendly and helpful towards my father-in-law and always make him feel comfortable. I would like to point out that I would like to have a fortnightly schedule of estimated visiting times of the carers to plan every meal around and also I never had any care information provided that we are entitled to.
I have received 3 hours per week 'take a break' support for some 9 months. The lovely young ladies who are always prompt and cheerful allow me to leave my 78-year-old wife who has Parkinson's disease. Not only do they support my wife, but they also do light housework - dusting, hoovering, ironing etc. Friends who use similar services are impressed by how much more our carers do than those whom they have used.
My elderly father was cared for by the lovely staff at Tapvim from July 2023 - March 2024. Dad had suffered a debilitating stroke which left him with limited mobility and severe speech and language challenges. He moved in with me to help his recovery. The care he received from Tapvim was excellent! The carers were all polite, friendly, respectful and extremely professional. Dad had no complaints neither did we. The manager and her super team got Dad into a good routine. His health, demeanour and appearance have benefited from having care from Tapvim, so much so that Dad has been able to return to his own home (sadly not in Tapvim’s area). The manager and her team are always happy to help with specific requests - changes to care times etc and this has helped us as a family manage our routines. If you are looking for home care I wholeheartedly recommend Tapvim.
Tapvim carers have been helping my mother as she recuperates following a long stay in hospital. They have been invaluable in getting her from almost full dependence (two carers four times a day) back to being independent (no carers). All the carers have been friendly and polite and have seen to the care my mother needed in a professional way, and the management have been very accommodating when changes to her care visits were requested as her mobility improved.
My husband has lovely carers. They are reliable, punctual and always friendly and polite. If there is ever a problem for example if they might be late, they let us know. They are very kind. My husband is very well cared for.
I am writing this review while speaking to my mum. She is very happy with the care she is receiving from your careers. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The most important part is making sure she is safe when showering. This is most reassuring for both of us.
Two carers have come (separately) to the home (where I also live) to provide domiciliary and live-in care for my father. Both carers have provided meticulous care to a high standard, paying close attention to personal and environmental hygiene and infection control. They have been very patient with my confused and doubly incontinent father. The manager is frequently in touch and very available.
Tapvim staff are very caring and they help me when I need them with my personal care.
The staff have always been very helpful. My husband has been treated with dignity and support at all times.
