I have been using Caremark since my discharge from hospital in Sept. 2024 after 5 weeks in hospital and I have not regretted it once. I have had a stoke. plus heart and other health issues but never needed care before so it was difficult to come to terms with it at 79 years of age. I need not have worried, the level of care is outstanding they gave me the confidence to accept their help which I needed. I feel like I am being looked after by family members, not by somebody being paid to so do. I now look forward to their visits every morning and when something cropped that required more time to resolve the support admin, side responded quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for carers who care contact Caremark they are lovely people

We switched to Caremark Carers last November from another provider, and I can honestly say it was the right decision. They care for my mum, who has dementia and can be challenging at times, but they are always patient, understanding, and compassionate. They truly get the illness and offer not just support for her, but for me as well. Having a team that actually listens and helps makes such a difference. If you're looking for dedicated, reliable carers, I'd definitely recommend them!

My wife has Alzheimer's Disease. Caremark have been coming 5 evenings per week for the last four months to assist with washing and getting to bed. The carers are excellent, better than I had dared hope for. However difficult the day has been, my wife picks up immediately when they come - it is such a pleasure to see this as well as being a relief for me. By the time the carers leave, you would think they were best friends. I no longer have to worry about my wife's hygiene or about coaxing her into bed. Caremark's administration has also been great. One evening, I had to go to A&E at short notice and Caremark immediately found a carer to come in overnight - brilliant! I cannot praise them too highly.

Caremark have been looking after mum in conjunction with a personal assistant for the last couple of months. We're really happy with the service we've received. Managers are approachable and responsive to changing circumstances and demands. We have the same two carers, who are always on time which provides consistency for mum and reassurance for us. I would definitely recommend Caremark to others looking for at home care for an elderly relative.

Caremark have been visiting my mother twice a week since the summer and without a doubt the company have helped hugely to make sure my mother is safe and well. Mum has gone through a lot and the patience and attention Caremark provide is second to none. The communication is excellent and whenever I need to speak to someone two members of staff in particular are always on hand. I cannot recommend this service more. Thank you.

Caremark provided overnight care for a family member who has vascular dementia and severe osteoporosis. Their care of him has been outstanding and their support for me has been greatly appreciated. They are extremely reliable and there is excellent communication, we could not have asked for more.

We have been very pleased with the care Caremark have provided to my mother over the past few months. The carer has attended to her every need with great compassion and warmth and has always been very punctual too. No complaints at all, and would thoroughly recommend.

Caremark Northampton have had a huge impact on my dad's health and well-being. Within a short space of time I have seen an improvement in my dad with his hygiene, medication control, and cleanliness. My dad always speaks highly of the carers from Caremark, and was so happy when they bought him a card and chocolates for his birthday! My dad was a bit sceptical to admit he needed the help to start with but Caremark knew how to approach this and get a more positive day-to-day life for him. I would highly recommend Caremark to anyone who needs a carer, their communication and care goes above and beyond.

As people who know me know I don't do reviews, but I have to spread the word. From the moment my carers eased my anxiety, and apprehension and were so professional using their own initiative, I would say my team went above and beyond. I have struck up so much of a close report, they are more friends, and also carers, personally speaking, my team is excellent in every way. Thank you, Caremark, and a certain someone. For the support you do, don't ever change.

Caremark Northampton has been helping my partner and I to care for a very dear friend, for some considerable time. Always ready to go that extra mile when needed. They showed kindness and took great care of her especially when she returned from short stays in the hospital. We appreciated the way in which they kept us informed as well.

Caremark has been brilliant in caring for my dad. I noticed a difference within a short space of time with them spending the time with him. He always talks about the carers in a positive matter and he enjoys having a chat with them, and he looks forward to their visits. My Grandmother receives care three times a day and she has been very happy with the service she receives. Carers are friendly and compassionate and assist with a wide range of tasks. Would recommend.

Caremark have been fantastic. From the first meeting with staff to discuss our friend's care needs and through a very difficult time of frequent hospital admissions, the Caremark carers were kind and supportive. They really do put care at the heart of everything they do. Nothing was too much effort. And this was maintained even whilst our friend was in hospital and unable to receive her regular care visits, by the backup team in the office who kept in touch by phone and text. A big thanks to all at Caremark Northampton.

Caremark has been with us now for some 6 months helping us care for our elderly Mother, aged 93, appointing a Professional, Intelligent, and Caring Person who assists with her washing and Shower and trusts her as a Friend. Thank You, Caremark.

I have given a 5 star rating as this company/staff are always going above and beyond. My dad has been with the company since the beginning of the year. My dad is very very specific about how things are done and can be quite demanding. They have catered and adapted to my dad well. Every time I have needed to call/email. They have been very responsive and so helpful. The management is absolutely amazing. P.S. My dad has had 5+ care companies, this is by far the best company. Thanks again Caremark for the services.

My mum has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and although I have been her carer over the past couple of years I also work full time in a local care home. I've been getting exhausted and wanted to take a break away. A member of staff came to do the assessment at home and I was impressed from the get-go. I was then contacted by the managing director Prab who was extremely supportive and helpful in setting up a care package within days and more importantly in time for me to fly on my holidays, I naturally felt guilty about leaving Mum but I needed to have as I could see each day via our home camera system that her team of carers were giving mum excellent care with a personal touch. It was quite emotional when I saw Mum greet her carers with a hug as she was so pleased to see them. I can highly recommend Caremark if you are looking for home care. You can trust them with your loved ones 100% and feel reassured that any questions are handled quickly and professionally. I have my life back.

Caremark has been exceptional in helping my dad this year. He has been very hesitant to accept help and the team here has been brilliant. Excellent communication and they have made my dad feel more confident in his own home.
