I am a manager of a large care home and have been using this staffing agency since the pandemic and continue to use them as our only supply of agency staff. In my experience, I have found the service to be very accommodating, and attentive and have never let us down, even at the very last minute. We have developed a relationship over the last few years which I hope will continue to be positive. We have also developed a relationship with many of their staff which ensures continuity in care for our service users, something which is very important to us.
