We have had a fantastic experience so far. The carers are lovely, kind and do all that they can to meet my uncle's needs to the full. After 14 months of caring for my uncle on my own, the best thing we did was have carers come in 2-3 times a day. All I can say is thank you, thank you for helping me personally and for the loving care that you all give my uncle.

The care and attention provided by all the carers is excellent. All those who have attended to me during the last few weeks once returning home have been most courteous and willing to complete any tasks I request them to complete. As a 92 year old I am very grateful for all services rendered.

Meddyg Care stepped in to support our family quickly when we needed them, providing morning and evening calls, preparing meals and supporting our family members needs. They have always been punctual, and caring and keep us informed of any issues. We are happy with the level of support and engagement we have from management.

Thank you for the efficient initial service and meetings to set up some care. The manager was very professional and knowledgeable; we had confidence in her from the start. She managed to organise care extremely promptly and answered all questions to allay any worries.

We are extremely happy with the care provided for our family member. Knowing that when we are working they are provided with care and a meal midday has been a godsend. Giving them one-to-one time and feedback to us if any concerns. Giving us complete peace of mind. To sum up, punctual, caring and observant care. Well done to all the team at Meddyg Care.
