I have been using Confident Home Care to visit my sister for over a year. I find they are always on time and are very friendly. My sister who is mentally handicapped and is very wary of strangers looks forward to the carers coming twice a day and is very trusting of them as am I. We have a good communication on behalf of both parties if either of us have any queries. I look forward to them caring for my sister for the future. Many thanks to all.

This company is second to none and would highly recommend. The manager listens to you and gives you what you ask for, and she is very good in meeting your requests. The carers are very good and professional nothing too much trouble and you feel comfortable with them.

Confident Home Care provide a superb service to my parents. My parents' needs have evolved during 2024, becoming greater and more complex. Confident Home Care have shown a flexible approach to providing support, sometimes with very little notice. Without the support of Confident Care my parents would not be able to remain in their own home. The service provided is caring and professional. The medical knowledge of the registered manager, as a nurse, has been invaluable in talking through various care needs as they have arisen. I have found that the service is highly professional, reliable, caring, respectful, flexible, and empathetic. My parents look forward to the care visitors coming into their home. I've no hesitation in recommending Confident Home Care.

Following my Dad (87) having a number of falls and sustaining a broken shoulder and badly bruised hips etc, his return home from hospital was supported by this wonderful company. Having never been in this situation and not knowing what to do, the support assistance and help I received initially from the deputy manager was exemplary. She answered all of my questions and concerns as well as told me things I hadn't thought about at that time, she put me completely at ease. Following my dad's return home, the support was exceptional, all of the carers were beyond brilliant and made my life and my dad's much more comfortable. For all of the time dad has received care, it has surpassed our expectation, dad's dignity has been retained and his recovery whilst ongoing is far better than we could have hoped and this is because of the care provided. So, thank you to the deputy manager and the team who are amazing.

I have been using confident home care for the last 5 months. Everyone is lovely. Look forward to seeing them every day. I talk to my friends about how good they are. I recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Everyone on the staff treats me with dignity and respect. Everyone is very pleasant and happy.

The carers were very willing and professional, I felt safe with the trust I put in them, they couldn't do enough for me. The care manager was very proficient and caring and gave me peace of mind that I could contact any time in the future and would be there for me. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if need be.

I think that I was one of the first patients to be referred to this organisation by the hospital. I needn't have worried because, from the very first visit and assessment in my home, the manager was very friendly and professional in organising a care plan to suit my needs. All the carers are friendly, compassionate and caring. There is, however, a language problem with some of the younger carers with English not being their first language.

An outstanding service with compassion and professionalism. Every member of the team showed respect to both myself and my husband and our home. We would not hesitate to recommend Confident Care Home or indeed use them again in the future.

My father has been a client of Confident Home Care for the past seven weeks and we have been extremely happy with the care. We have four visits a day. The carers are respectful, kind and caring and treat my father with the utmost dignity. They are all really friendly. The company regularly checks in with us to ask if we are still happy with the plans we have and ask if anything needs to change. Most importantly my father enjoys their company and feels respected and very well looked after.
