My experience with home care is excellent. The staff come on time and go the extra mile. They are very flexible and provide a good service. Management is approachable and can be reached at any time and if they can't provide the service they will communicate on time.

I have been very happy with the care provided for my mother who is 91 and has dementia and also the help given to my father who is 100. I have always felt that my mother who, because of her condition is in safe and caring hands. The carers have always treated my parents with dignity and kindness and their home is clean tidy and in good order thanks to them. Both my parents have said they really like and appreciate the carers for looking after them so well.

The manager and another wonderful member of her team provided care for my mother whilst she was visiting me from overseas and both my mother and I could not recommend the services enough. Incredibly kind, caring and competent. The manager even helped sort out some long-standing issues my mum had in a matter of days. We feel extremely fortunate to have found Catherine Homecare and will be calling on them again during the next visit and recommending them to anyone who might need the support they offer.

The service is absolutely fantastic and we have bonded with each other therefore building trust and confidentiality. I have seen the following in the care given: Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Ability to handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently. Clear verbal communication skills to explain sensitive information. Excellent customer service skills. The ability to work well with their hands. Capability to accept criticism. The ability to work well with others.
