I am very grateful to the people who come and help me 2 mornings a week, I can see that as time goes by I will need more help. until then I look forward to them arriving and the chat is also important.

Blossom Home Care provide an excellent service to help with looking after my parents. My father has dementia and my mother is very frail physically. Blossom has a number of incredibly helpful, attentive, professional and compassionate staff. On their visits, they always ensure that any medication has been provided and taken and they will always observe closely on other issues or matters which either need attention or that they may need help with in the future. The communication between the carers and management to myself has always been first rate which is so important to provide the best kind of care and help needed for my parents. The services they supply are excellent and caring, I have nothing but praise and thanks for their professionalism.

Unfortunately, my husband died shortly after the Blossom girls started. They were efficient, kind and friendly. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.

My 94 year old mother spent twelve days in hospital in April this year, she became very frail and confused. I needed support and the director from Blossom Home Care Worcester was the first to respond to my online enquiry. After much discussion and getting to know her a little better they became Mum's carers, at first visiting three times a day. As she improved we were able to cut the calls down a bit. Employing their services has been excellent, the staff are friendly and very caring. This takes so much of the responsibility off my shoulders and Mum has a visit every day where they look after her needs and are good company for her at an affordable price. This allows her to stay in her own home which is what we all want. Brilliant service director and team, keep up the good work.
