The care I received is nothing but second to none. They are genuinely courteous, kind and understanding. Totally professional and help me out in the community and keep me company on my visits. Nothing is too much if I have a problem or need advice.

I would like to add that this agency has gone above and beyond for the care they gave my brother who we sadly lost on the 18th of August, they even came back to pay their respects after he passed. I feel we were so lucky with the staff who came out to look after him with such care and respect, can't thank them enough. I'm talking first hand and I was known as the scary sister, regards.

After my husband's stroke, Lastminute Home Care became my husband's carers. The support, care and kindness to both my husband and myself have been over and above. Nothing is too much trouble. Our regular carers have and always go above and beyond.

I have nothing but outstanding admiration for the carers they go above and beyond. They are always very professional, considerate to every need needed and take every step to make life as comfortable as possible, they also treat clients like they would as their own family. I am very happy to recommend and I must stress I will be only using your service in the future. Any help and advice is always on hand and I couldn't ask for anything else. Office team are always on hand to accommodate any special needs and requests we have. I have nothing but praise to say about the company as a whole I'm very very impressed.

I find the company excellent. Any problems are sorted out immediately. My carers treat me so well nothing is too much trouble. They treat me as family and I couldn't ask for more. They go above and beyond anything I could expect. I highly recommend them.

Care and support given are extremely good, in the nighttime routine, as are night stayovers when I can have a good undisturbed sleep knowing my husband is safe and very well cared for, asleep or awake. Social visits are when I go out for a set time and the carer is here with my husband, all the carers are very respectful and confident with his care.

Last-minute care and nursing are very caring and supportive and nothing is too much trouble. The Office staff will adjust my care hours when I need them to be changed and are quick to deal with any complaints I may have.
