I am very impressed with the kind and understanding way of the Memory Jane team they have been very effective at caring for my partner at this sad time, nothing seems to be too much trouble I would recommend this care agency.

I have been receiving home care since being discharged from hospital one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. I have found all the carers supportive, friendly and respectful and allowing me to be as independent as I am able to be. They are encouraging when I am feeling a bit low.

The carers are all friendly and professional. On one occasion they acted quickly in calling for medical advice. If there is any delay to the scheduled visiting time we are contacted in advance. Overall a very competent service.

Although I was not with my father when care from MemoryJane was administered, the feedback I received from a reluctant 87-year-old was very positive. All visits were on time and eye medicine was applied with no problems.

Following a fall resulting in a broken hip, my father spent some time in the hospital before being discharged home. He benefited from about three weeks of care calls provided by the council before we were able to employ a private care company - my father’s financial circumstances meant that he was self-funding. We met with the manager at my father’s home and we were very impressed with her ability to answer all our questions about how his ongoing care needs could best be met. Initially, we scheduled 2 x 30-minute care calls per day to tend to my father’s personal hygiene and the administration of his medications. The carers always came within the agreed time periods and discharged their duties professionally. My father was a very reluctant recipient of the care package and as he gained independence and his mobility improved, the frequency of care calls was stepped down accordingly. This was easy to arrange with a week’s notice. Thank you for your support.

My mother originally had carers provided at home by the local authority on discharge from the hospital before Memory Jane was commissioned by the council to continue providing at-home care for her. The Memory Jane carers were incredible in their care for Mum, who needed care three or four times a day. They were all great communicators, speaking gently and kindly to Mum while accommodating Mum's wishes for her personal care. They were punctual and efficient, doing all that was required within the time allocated, which was amazing. The carers were always polite, with genuine smiles and good conversation - Mum felt she was with people who cared for her like good friends or family. I felt completely confident, as did Mum, with the care and communication provided. The only reason the care stopped was because Mum moved into residential care, where she misses the excellent standard of care that was given to her by the Memory Jane team. You are all missed!

My mum has settled at home with the new routine of having carers. The carers have been very good with her; she has accepted their help and looks forward to seeing them. I would recommend this company to anyone - very professional.

The carers looked after Mum when she was discharged home from the hospice. From day one, the manager and all the carers treated Mum with respect and such kindness. They were polite and so conscientious. They couldn't have done any more. They were also kind and respectful to my dad and all the family when we visited. They were so gentle with Mum and they respected all of her requests. I can't express how grateful we were to have them care for Mum.

MemoryJane is outstanding. My Dad is currently under their care. From the word go they have looked after my Dad with the utmost respect. They are so polite and professional but also loving and supportive in everything they do. Truly don’t get the recognition they deserve. My dad has got such a great relationship with all of the staff. So thankful for MemoryJane.

I can not thank the team at MemoryJane enough for the help and support they provided for my Mum. Team MemoryJane were exceptional: attentive, thorough, clearly knowledgeable and skilled in other areas of medical care, extremely respectful to needs and wishes. After each visit they left us all reassured, comforted and not alone on such a tough journey. They always went above and beyond their core duties including emotional support for my dad, sister and myself during such a difficult moment and helping us better navigate our way through. To top off such a wonderful service, even after they are no longer contracted, we have had occasional calls to check on family well-being. I can honestly say that you would struggle to find a better team to look after your loved ones. Thank you again from my whole family.

Fantastic care company, they were all very caring and loving, would highly recommend them, they treated my mum with total respect in her end-of-life care, management was in contact all the time and explained everything and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The team at Memory Jane have not only provided physical assistance to my husband who has Alzheimer’s disease but the carers also bring kindness and support and a positive energy with their visits. My husband’s face lights up when the carers arrive in the morning. It is the little extras that count too - the small tasks that are noticed and carried out without having to be asked and the genuine care shown to us both. Communication and organisation are also excellent. We are very, very happy with the services provided by all at Memory Jane.

My family and I would like to say a big thank you to MemoryJane and all the care staff who looked after my husband while he was receiving end-of-life care. The care was all done very well, in a kind, caring and gentle manner, night and day, so that we could rest assured knowing that he was clean and comfortable at all times. I would recommend MemoryJane to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one. One more big thank you.

The carers are brilliant, kind and caring and very patient and very supportive and provide a fantastic level of care. They are professional and are trained to the highest standards. They communicate well and are organised and punctual. We are blessed to have them here to help and take care of my elderly mother. Without them, we would not be able to manage. We are most grateful. The managers provide support and are always there to help navigate the care system.
