We contacted Trinity Care Services for some very much-needed support and care after returning home from hospital. They organised this very quickly for us. The carers were kind and very cheerful. I looked forward to seeing them. They were helpful with personal washing and various jobs I could not manage, which helped in restoring my confidence. I miss their visits as they were always willing to help in any way they could.

My friend is happy with the service Trinity Care are providing seeing as in the first place he was very apprehensive about having carers. He is now more relaxed and for me his next of Kin is relieved he is being well cared for.

Trinity Care is a service that in my experience provides a great package of support that is made up by a bespoke care plan, that is sensitively arranged with great communication and care. My father received support for his self-care from experienced carers who were very warm, and compassionate to his needs, however they were quick to identify that his needs were greater than the initial plan implemented. As a result information was passed back to their manager who went above and beyond to liaise with relevant service to ensure my father was provided with specialist equipment and an intense package of support. I am eternally grateful to the manager of Trinity Care and indeed the team as a whole who are very experienced, kind caring and completely client-focused. Thank you Trinity Care.

The team at Trinity Carers Services Ltd are amazing. I have been involved with them for about 5 months now regarding the care for my brother. They are constantly in contact with our family when dealing with day-to-day issues. They provide amazing quality of care and are always helping us to meet the needs of my brother. They are very friendly and professional and happy to take on whatever requests we have, including help with hospital appointments and transport. Thank you to all the team and looking forward to building on the relationship we have developed with you all.

As soon as I opened the door I knew our experience would be good. Our carer had a lovely smile and is totally committed to her task.

The three staff who come in turns are all very approachable and professional. They all engage well with my son and as well as being very successful in administering his medication, they try to motivate him to engage in activities. As a mother, I feel very supported by the team and from the office. The team also get on very well with my other two sons and together they work on different approaches and projects on how to motivate my ill son, for him to get the best support and a good quality of life. I'm overall very happy with the service we are receiving.

This organisation is absolutely first-rate. We have depended on them time and time again and every time they have not faltered in their determination to provide outstanding professional care and support in our time of need. No words can describe these utterly amazing people, they perhaps will never know the debt of gratitude I have. It is now an undeniably difficult world where the good people of this world are becoming rarer. It is therefore humbling to encounter such dedicated, hard-working, professional, friendly as well as delightful members of this organisation when in the dark days of your life you look and if you are lucky find such people as these to help you and the members of your family in most need in desperate times. It is reassuring to know that such such an organisation can provide you with peace of mind and re-kindle your hope in humanity. Trinity Carers has provided so much more to me personally and my family than taking my mother backwards and forwards to the hospital.

It was arranged for the same carers to come and care for my mum three times a day. They have built up a relationship with Mum and got to know her likes and dislikes and are happy in their work and go out of their way to reassure Mum of what they are doing. It is also a help to my peace of mind that when I call them I get a prompt response to my concerns and guidance as to what, if anything needs doing.

Lights are left on during the daytime. Some carers don't know Dad's needs and I have to explain it all the time. Dirty clothes are sometimes not put in the wash basket. Washing up and bins are not done sometimes. Dad's clothes are sometimes not changed weekly.

After having issues with my father's previous care agency, Trinity Care came and took over all I can say is - amazing! Carers are fantastic, very polite and professional. Office staff are in regular contact and I can contact them anytime, any request is never too big or a problem for them. I highly recommend Trinity Care.

My carers are brilliant. They shower me and get me dressed three times a week. We share a laugh together and they are always pleasant and friendly. They also make sure that I am alright. I look forward to them coming to see me.

They were very helpful and understanding. Care staff did well with limited equipment supplied. Attendance and timekeeping were also of a high standard. Management team always willing to alter or make changes to suit our situation.

Lovely kind gentle people. Very willing and understanding. Totally reliable. Would highly recommend this company. They were really understanding of a very demanding father. They certainly looked after him with dignity and lots of care. They respected his wishes and were there until the end.

Trinity Care Services have been providing end-of-life care to my 90-year-old father. My father has built an amazing relationship with the manager and two members of staff in particular. Their professionalism is outstanding. Support and care not only given to my father but to family members too - I am returning abroad knowing my father will receive the best possible care. My father chose to receive his end-of-life care at home and Trinity Care have respected all his wishes. Thank you.

The team at Trinity are well trained and understands client's needs with questions to get the right answer. Reporting and communications are strict as in completely daily reports, understanding the client has changing moods due to an increase in medications and supporting when I am down or noticing when I am high or prescribed pain relief medications. I believe the Trinity training program is a huge asset to developing new members of their teams to clients. Beautiful staff and 1st impressions and understanding of the new cultures in homecare.

We required some help with my father overnight when he came home from the hospital. The night care was facilitated promptly and has been excellent. A relief to know there was someone here. My father is now so much better and able to be on his own again. Thank you for your help.
