We had care to try and help my father stay in his home. The carers went in four times a day to help with personal care, helping with food preparation and administering medication. Until he was admitted to hospital in December. Despite quite alot of opposition from my father they worked vey hard to meet his needs. His main carer went above and beyond caring for Dad. Even wanting to try and continue to care for him when he came out of hospital. He is has now had to go into a care home.

All the lovely kind Carers at Orchard went above and beyond to not just care for my lovely Friend but to make her laugh and smile.you all made her last days bearable,she came to think of you as Friends.you all do a very hard job very well .so thank you very much

The carers were very polite, helpful and compassionate. Dealing with my husband over a very difficult time, from March 2024 to November 2024. His lack of mobility and the Alzheimers made for a hard period of time and they all adapted to his increasing needs and care. Would highly recommend.

All the carers are always very happy, helpful, and polite when they visit my Mother. I would recommend and have already this company to anyone.

The care that is being received is nothing short of excellent. The turnaround in the last few months is hard to believe and on behalf of my Nan, myself, and my family I can not thank you enough.

My mother receives four visits a day, the carers who come in do not communicate to Mum at all during visits. Just talk and laugh amongst themselves. I go in the other room whilst visits occur but can hear everything. At no point does any carer reassure Mum or talk to her. Mum can be heard moaning and crying, yet not a single word of reassurance is said to her which frankly is disgusting. I feel Mum is treated with no respect or dignity whatsoever. I would have thought that as being caregivers they would show some compassion! Due to the moving of the bed in and out the carers have been destroying the skirting boards, gouging chunks of wood out each time, when I tried to put measures in to stop, carers barely acknowledged this. I have also had soiled bedding and underwear just left out on floor, no attempt to put in basket! Overall poor experience!

I needed a carer for my mother whilst I went away for a few days. I contacted Orchard Wellness and their manager came and assessed my requirements. The carers were kind, friendly, understanding and timely. I would not hesitate to recommend Orchard Wellness.
