In August 2024 we appointed PerCurra to help look after my father, who is now over 96 years old and who lives in the house next to ours. PerCurra provide services early every morning and again every evening. We have found them to be reliable, attentive and friendly. The carers always arrive promptly and are very helpful. My Dad likes having them visit and says that "it is like having friends round". They are well trained and know what they have to do and carry out their work professionally at all times. My Dad says that they still have time to "have a chat and a bit of fun" but he never feels rushed. Percurra have been a huge improvement on the previous carers that we used. They are no more expensive and organisationally they are excellent.

Our first experience within the care profession and we are thrilled with the service, care, thought, and attention that has been provided to our mum since discovering PerCurra earlier this year. From the initial assessment through to developing an evolving care plan depending on her needs, we've felt heard and supported and our mum is content. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend PerCurra (in fact I already have on 2 occasions so far!).

PerCurra Leeds delivered the best care possible, in extremely difficult circumstances for my husband. I would thoroughly recommend PerCurra to anyone looking for quality care, as they deliver an exceptional service. The initial assessment was brilliant, we felt confident is using PerCurra, because they are really caring and friendly. This was a really positive and nice experience. They were also very good with our animals. I will always recommend PerCurra.
