View Full Details of Cyncare Health Ltd BrightonThe carers who I see 3 times a day are very good and kind and understand my needs.
There was 2 carers who made my husband as comfortable as possible - deep concern and love for him whenever he was struggling every day. He was physically falling down every day and they did their utmost to prevent this and provided food and drinks, which was a necessity. They were supporting me, his wife, and showing real concern and love. I cannot fault them both.
The Cyncare team have been absolutely amazing with helping with the palliative care for my mother. From the outset, I felt really listened to when I explained what I needed help with (something I did not experience with other companies I've used), and my wishes have been followed completely. The team have treated my mother with a huge amount of kindness, dignity and compassion, and nothing has been too much trouble. They have also supported me and my family during this difficult time, with help, advice, flexibility and even a shoulder to cry on during difficult days. My mother looks forward to them coming in to see her, and says every day that they are kind and lovely which says it all!
From the initial assessment meeting that was carried out in September 2023, we have had seamless care for my mother-in-law. The carers have shown kindness, and patience and give thought to the need for dignity. Practically, meals are heated and presented. Temptations are also left for my mother-in-law when her appetite seems to be waning! Carers ensure the environment is always left clean, tidy, and safe before the end of their visits. Personal hygiene is maintained with some gentle coaxing on the days when motivation from my mother-in-law may be a little low. The app allows daily insight into not just practical status but mental status and general well-being with clear notes provided at the end of each visit. Where it has not been plain sailing, my mother-in-law not taking to a particular staff member, this has been addressed with professionalism and a total lack of fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending their service.
My husband came home from the hospital on 18th April under the care of Cyncare, but unfortunately died the next day. We only had 2 visits from the carers. I could see from the house visits that we were in good hands and the care would be fine. I was hoping to begin a happy and caring relationship with them but that was not to be. Thank you anyway. That's life!
We have been extremely pleased with the care our father has received during his palliative care. His carers have been respectful and treated Dad with kindness and great patience. We have been particularly impressed with how flexible Cyncare has been when our family needs and circumstances change. We could not have managed without their support.
This care company has provided a very high standard of care. My mother’s 24-hour carers are very dedicated and the level of support has made my mother calmer and more at ease with her condition of dementia. I would highly recommend this agency having used other agencies that did not offer such a good standard of care and compassion in a difficult situation. They are also fairly priced compared to others.
