Excellent empathy shown by all the staff at Alcedo Care (Crewe). Always there for not only my dad but all the family. Every person you speak to from managers to care workers I was always treated with respect and looked after like part of the family just like there professionalism and the excellent working ethic shown throughout their Alcedo family. Company highly recommended in such tough times.

We found all the carers excellent and the office staff very helpful and always on the end of the phone when needed. Overall, a very good experience for both myself and my husband.

My brother has been using Alcedo Care for a number of months now and I can sincerely say that the care he has received is second to none. They were recommended to me by a colleague at the hospital where I work and the decision to use them has been a wise choice. I would not hesitate to continue to use their excellent care and also, the pricing structure is very fair.

We needed some support four our mother in the mornings to help to shower. Alcedo Care has been fantastic. The girls are wonderful and helpful. Office staff are pleasant and courteous. As a family, we would recommend highly.

The carers who help my friend are always reliable/on time and very helpful, polite and very supportive to her needs. They take her shopping, making sure before they leave that she has everything on her list that she needs for the week and whilst in the shops they give her confidence to pick for herself what she requires. When she gets home again they unload her shopping and help her put it away in her cupboards etc.

I have been using Alcedo Care Crewe for a few months now and they are fantastic! From the off, arranging an assessment was done with ease, and they started so quickly afterwards. Even now, no problem is too big and they are so accommodating for my uncle's last minute changes and still make sure he is seen to. They have also been a massive support for us as a family emotionally! I cannot fault how they are doing and the joy they are bringing to us all!

The care I’ve received since starting with Alcedo in late September has been extremely good at all times. I have very complex care needs and Alcedo arranged for the carers to be appropriately trained for my special needs. The carers themselves are extremely understanding and considerate of my needs and are always open to learning new skills to support me. All the carers are very friendly and helpful and it’s been great getting to know them. The flexibility Alcedo offers when changes are to be made to times and dates of care is very much appreciated. So far so good! Great service, great care.
