My daughter and I were impressed right from the start by the two women who came to tell us about Luminous. They were friendly and professional, and very clear about the care I would receive. I cannot praise this service too highly; they came 3 times a week for 4 weeks, then twice a week for a further week. They were always prompt, and extremely efficient in all respects. I should be happy to recommend the service to friends.

As a whole we found this care provider extremely professional, everything was covered in their policies and the paperwork was outstanding. They also went through all the details with us before starting with our daughter. The staff were very polite, kind and caring, cheerful and punctual. Our daughter was very happy with the care they provided, and felt nothing was too much trouble for them. Even on the days when care took a little bit longer she was never rushed, they stayed until they had done everything she needed. I would certainly recommend them and we will continue to use their services.
