My husband has been receiving care from Okiri Health for a long time now. Okiri Health are the elite of care services and in my and my husband's opinion they are 'world-class'. Their manager is professional, polite, kind and supportive and we are lucky to have a lady who comes to take care of my husband for a few hours every day apart from a Sunday as I have enough help on that day from family. My husband and I find this carer to be professional, polite and super friendly like a ray of sunshine, my husband feels safe and comfortable with her as do I. I can leave her to take care of my husband and our home knowing he is cared for and he is respected. We trust her implicitly and would be lost without her. I have to say since we were introduced to Okiri Health we have had continued support with the manager checking in on us regularly. Clearly, a caring company that employs the right people to care for its clients. My husband and I highly recommend Okiri Health.

When we were given the news of my mum being at the end of life as you can imagine this was devastating to us as a family. Working within the NHS myself for over 10 years I know what standards of care need to be, I can honestly say that from being put forward for Okiri I was apprehensive. However the manager was extremely informative, kind and helpful the carers were so attentive, caring, respectful and worth their weight in gold! The company kept it to the same 3 carers which was absolutely brilliant for the continuity of healthcare that needed to be provided. My mum loved every one of them! If I was to ever recommend a health care provider it would definitely be Okiri 100% so professional and nothing was too much trouble. This company really did go above and beyond.

Girls were very attentive to my relative, they fulfilled their tasks well. The individual care they gave was outstanding, even when my relative just needed a hug. The cleaning tasks were fulfilled daily, and the staff always checked if they were needed for anything else before they left for the day. Loved the fact that we didn't have numerous carers and that the same three were used every day.

Okiri Healthcare have been great right from attending to completing a care plan through to delivering personal care to my Nan. They listened attentively to my Nan's wishes of what she would like support with and my Nan reports that the carers that visit are very friendly, caring and take their time to tend to her needs. The manager stays in regular contact to ensure all is well and the plan in place is still meeting my Nan's needs. Would definitely recommend it, keep up the good work.

We have found the carers from Okiri to be the most pleasant staff to come in to get my nan up in the morning, dress and wash her. My nan commented that the staff are very gentle with her and are very good. They come on time every day and do not leave until they are sure everything has been completed. Thank you for providing us with such a good service, it's nice to have confidence in a team that supports you with a loved one. The manager also calls in regularly to ensure everything is satisfactory with their service and if there is anything else they can help with.

Everyone who came into my dad's home to look after him, treated him with so much kindness and respect. This made all the difference to my dad and also me, to know that he was cared for overnight when I wasn't there. Sometimes people come into your life, for whatever reason, then they leave again, but you never forget them and how they cared. This is how I feel about the two special ladies who looked after my Dad. They made my dad's final journey more settled. Thank you isn't enough.

Okiri are fantastic! Very professional from communication to actually looking after their client. They have been looking after a friend's relative and we see a positive difference. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful, caring company. The carers are brilliant, and my brother loves them. He seems so much happier since we moved to this agency. Couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you to the manager and the team; you're the best.

The manager and team were involved to tend to my wife's personal care and hygiene package. This was carried out to what I believe to be of a high standard, letting /encouraging me to get involved, which I did with no problem. They were always punctual, reliable and professional in their approach, and their attitude towards my wife, I believe, gave her much comfort. If they progress in any future care business venture, adopting the same ethics and level of professionalism, I am sure they will succeed.
