I can't express how grateful I am for the exceptional care my family member received at Regal Court. The staff are incredibly compassionate and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure the residents feel comfortable and valued. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, providing a warm and welcoming environment. They offer a variety of engaging activities that keep the residents active and social. I highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a safe and loving place for their loved ones.

I visited a family member today at her placement and there was a very warm welcome at the home. The staff were polite and offered us hot drinks. Our relation gave us a tour of the house and it was very clean and all clothes nicely folded in her room. It looked like a hotel, very impressive way of living does not look life supported living at all. The home is beautiful and well presented. We were informed to just call and book our visit whenever we want to come which is nice. Thank you.

Staff are hardworking, their staff put all their service user first in their care. The management team are hard-working and treats both their service users, their families, and staff with dignity. They provide the best care for their service users.

I am so very happy with where I am staying. I feel very well supported and listened too by all the staff.

My carer supports me very well and helps me clean my room, prepare food also go through some errands. She educated me on personal hygiene and encouraged me to live a healthy life. She takes me out and we do activities also she helps me find work. I'm very honoured to live where I am.

Regal Court provide me with personal care every week, nothing seems to be too much trouble, the carers that have attended to me have been very professional and kind and understand my needs, they have accompanied me on outings as I have a mobility disability, I would recommend their services to anyone, thanks to them I'm living a better life, without their visits life would be very lonely, I look forward to their every visit, they are my friends and family, thank you to the staff, keep up the good work.
