My son spends quality time with his two carers. They see to his wants and needs. The carers interact with him as much as they can. He enjoys trips out in the community several times a week. I feel that the service the carers provide is right for my son.

Alcedo Care has been great for our family. Gave us freedom to do things together. He looks forward to the calls and enjoys the freedom from his parents. The staff are always on time for us, know us well and let us know in advance of anything, they are always good. Always understanding.

I feel that the carers have managed well and tailored the support to his needs. Carers take on board suggestions and show they are supportive and caring and take into account his needs. I am happy with the service that is being provided.

So far our experience with Alcedo Care has been fantastic. They have shown great interest and have been keen to learn how to communicate via a communication board with my dad. Everyone we have met so far has been lovely and has gone above and beyond for our dad. Today is the happiest I have seen him for years and it is down to Alcedo Care.

I have met every carer who comes to look after my Mum and have to say every single one has treated Mum with the utmost respect and professionalism. They are friendly and kind, they perform their tasks with a cheerful attitude and can't do enough for Mum. I would have no qualms about recommending Alcedo to anyone.
