Pearl's Procare have been amazing. The communication is spot on any concerns are reported immediately, likewise any queries are answered immediately. As dads health is changing almost weekly, his needs, for example, times are accommodated. They are really flexible, reliable and always have a smile on their faces. Highly recommend.

The carers are on time, polite, helpful. They make sure I'm safe and cared for. I enjoy their company. They do a few tasks for me to make my day easier.

Excellent, professional care. Staff wonderful - from entering my home I could relax and know I would be well looked after, nothing was too much trouble. Care delivered with a smile, at all times during my illness, I and my husband were supported and helped to cope with the challenges we faced. Thank you to everyone.

The team really supported my mum and dad as their care needs increased. They stepped in very quickly, ensuring they understood what was needed, providing caring support and were very flexible to my parents' changing needs. The team were friendly, kind and professional at all times, enabling my parents to remain in their home as long as possible. Thank you.

Pearl provided excellent care for my mum for over a year until 2022. This was personal care, light meals, medication etc. Mum liked her from the start and we always found her to be calm, very kind, responsive, reliable and professional. We couldn’t have asked for more and we’re very grateful at the time for her help. Highly recommend!

We had a family emergency where we needed someone to sit with my mother-in-law while she was waiting for the ambulance to arrive, I rang a member of staff and she was able to send one of her carers around to the house very quickly, this was an invaluable service to the family and was hugely appreciated.
