View Full Details of Immerse CareI have had to dismiss this company due to the amount of disappointments over the last several months. I have had shifts skipped, gone without meal, doors and windows left open, staff ignored me for hours on end, management think it's ok to scream and shout at service users. Safeguarding issues are not checked carers abandoning client when out, carers forgetting to prompt medications, many items broken/damaged in my home, clothes destroyed turned pink as washing not separated, carers sat in silence through shifts leaving me feeling very uncomfortable. To be honest I should have left months ago but have anxiety around new people. Whenever I brought up issues with the carers the manager would go into one and shout at me like I was getting this service for free, yet they are paid to do a job and we have a right to raise complaints.
An excellent service at reasonable rates chosen from a number of competitors because of the professionalism of the management and willingness to adapt to our changing needs. Consistency of care is achieved by having two core carers with emergency backup by a third experienced carer. All are well known to us, are kind, considerate, capable and get on well with my wife who considers them to be friends who meet all her needs. I have used these providers for some six months and have been most impressed by the conduct of all of the team and the management. One or two minor issues have been resolved quickly and to my entire satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in commending the company to any prospective client.
All the staff are caring and professional. They are friendly and treat my wife with extreme care. I highly recommend Immerse Care.
They are fantastic and excellent and the manager is excellent and I get on well with her and she treats me with respect.
Very kind and capable team who look after my mother so well and make her feel comfortable and secure. We couldn’t rate them more highly. They are very prompt and are happy to accommodate changing timings depending on what’s going on during the day.
