We were very pleased with the carer sent to look after my mam. She was a lovely person and treated my mam with care and compassion. A very lovely person kept the house tidy and clean. My mam was showered daily, clean clothes daily and hair blow-dried.

Very proffesional. From the initial meeting to the first actual session with Mom. Mom has a lot of anxiety around strangers but the staff are friendly and overall give a warm feeling when you are around them. Mom was relaxed when I left and relaxed when I returned! Five stars!

My aunt is happy about the service she receives from this company. The management communicates effectively and the cares are amazing. I once met my aunt's carer and she is lovely and humble. I could tell that my aunt is happy with her because she can easily make jokes with her and she arrived on time. I can recommend anyone who is looking for a care provider to use this company.

They have been a great help and my brother is the happiest I've ever seen him. He gets the care and help he needs while also taking some of the load off my parents. They have all the correct equipment and not only care but also take him outside which was hard for us as he is in a wheelchair and my parents have health issues. They make every one happy.

My son loves the carers and I am very pleased with the way they care for him. I appreciate the way they take his personality into consideration whilst caring for him. They are very supportive and take the time to learn his way of communication.

Very professional company with lovely caring staff. Would happily recommend this service to anyone. Always available and efficiently dealing with requests. My mother is very happy, she thinks the carer is great and that it makes a big difference being in a company car because it sets a standard.
