We are very happy with the excellent level of care my father has received from all the visiting staff of Plum Tree. All the visiting staff have been excellent. Very friendly and attentive. Thank you.

At first I was very very hesitant about personal care. I’m a 49-year-old woman who has had 34 operations, a Spinal Cord Stimulator implanted and also been in ICU and died twice. I should be needing help at my age I thought. I was so damn strong-headed I was against it for so long. I agreed to try it for a week as my mobility and use of my arms etc was getting worse. I even thought about cancelling the day Plum Tree Carers were arriving. I honestly never thought I’d be sitting here writing a review saying I don’t know how I managed without them! From the moment they entered my home, I was greeted with 2 lovely polite ladies and made feel totally at ease. Not at any point did I feel uncomfortable or embarrassed as much as I thought I would. Now, I look forward to the days they come. I feel so fresh and can now get my hair washed which was a big thing for me before. Nothing is too much and most importantly I feel so comfortable in my own home and I wish I wasn’t so stubborn for so long!
