View Full Details of Spring Lilly CareSorry to say the staff who visited my mother were really terrible, couldn't speak English properly, food preparation was terrible, food frozen in the middle, couldn't make a cup of tea, used bread past sell by date, food hygiene was terrible, wouldn't clean up and left things pile up, only one worker did a half decent job but she left this company now, the rest had a real bad attitude, things went missing £120 slippers, gold rings and gold chains, I'm going to take this further, I would avoid this company at all costs.
The carers are lovely, always polite and pleasant. I have no problems with her nighttime care but I do with the morning care despite phoning more than once my mother is still alternating between two outfits every day. Her hair is messy and untidy, there is no mention in carer notes of her refusing. Only that she is reminded to take her medication which they do not need to do. I have also mentioned the 3rd Thursday of every month no evening care is needed.

Carers are excellent, but management keep on changing the carers over so there is no consistency in services to my wife. As I told management on two occasions, when different carers were coming daily, my wife was agitated seeing different people daily to wash and tend to her.
The carers are very good, caring and attentive. We have good conversations and they listen to instructions. They are very punctual and always apologise if they are a little late. They are very pleasant and we have a laugh about different topics.
Since Spring Lilly took over my care in December 2023, I have been very satisfied. My main carer provides support and dignity at all times. However, in the beginning I found difficulty in understanding her as I appreciate English is not her first language. Now we are used to each other. I am always aware of her time restraints, and I don't like to ask her to do anything that would compromise her time, e.g. making toast. The replacement carer is not always aware of my needs, e.g. dignity using the commode.
Carer arrives promptly. Very efficient and caring.
My mum has had carers from Spring Lilly Care since returning home. My mum is a very proud educated lady. The carers at Spring Lilly have treated her with respect and care that she/we would expect. There have been a few “slight hiccups” along the way but nothing to affect the care and respect given to my mum. We hope that this will continue.
A bit of a difficult start, but to be fair, the carers were new to my mum and her home, and my mum was new to having carers. Since then, and having a regular carer call, the service has been of an excellent standard. It helps immensely for my mum to have a regular carer (whenever possible), and I am extremely happy with both the service and also the communication provided by the regular carer.
First week of service, very satisfied so far, quality of service excellent.
What a wonderful team you have, no complaints about anybody, the staff cannot do enough for me. I know I haven't been with you long but so far it's been a wonderful experience.

Going by experience with other relations, my mum's experience in her care has been very good. If there is ever a problem, Spring Lilly Care is very quick putting it right. The carers are always quick to contact us if there is a problem. They are all conscientious and treat my mum with dignity. One of her carers in particular went out of his way to stay with my mum whilst she was ill, until we arrived. Later, he contacted us to check how she was. Which shows what a conscientious person he is. Not just a job. He even phoned my brother when the next medication was due for collection to remind him. As he didn’t realise my brother had a reminder on his phone. They are always punctual. If we are running out of any household good they leave us a note, in case we haven’t noticed. Making life easier for everyone. If my brother was writing this review he would say the same. Thank you Spring Lilly.
Extremely pleased with care given. Carers are polite, respectful, helpful and caring. The staff members are a very good team, working well together. Everyone who attends to my husband's needs quickly fits in and quickly learns how to deal with his individual needs. Any new carers are always teamed with a current carer, which ensures a seamless delivery of care. The appointment times are adhered to with just a few minutes leeway. We are very glad to have them.
