View Full Details of LSR Care LtdLSR Care have been amazing for my son and us as a family. My son has four consistent carer's. My son is non verbal and shows his emotions through smiling and getting excited which he does with all of them. All of the team are always very Respectful Easy to talk too. Personally for us as a family this is hugely important as they are in our home daily and now tell me how he has been though out the day activities how he has been, As they are his voice and communication is key. This is mine and my sons first time having care as previously he was at college and I always thought I could keep stimulating and doing everything for him without extra help. Im so happy I contacted LSR they work around us as a family but provide the care for my son without feeling intrusive in our home they care for him but also consider us. I really recommend them.
This is a 5-star review for LSR, as they have provided consistently excellent care for my son. I have nothing but praise for every member of the team that I've encountered. My son is a young man (22 years old) with autism. He is also nonverbal plus he has epilepsy. Not only are they incredibly efficient and organised, so everything always runs smoothly, but the carers that look after my son take great care of him, and he responds really well to them. When I come home from work, there is a peacefulness in the house as they interact with my son in a calm, kind and caring manner, and they all know how to get the best out of him. Not only do they provide outstanding care, but they have also built relationships with him. He's a 22-year-old young man, and it's so nice to see how they interact with him in an age-appropriate way. They make their time with him fun and allow him the scope to undertake different activities, whilst keeping him safe and secure and happy. I would absolutely recommend LSR.
As a service you continue to amaze me at how you manage to step up at the last minute when as a family we were unable to, you respond to these situations in a calm, professional way. I am so happy we chose you to take care of my parents. I also want to point out that your staff are exceptional, they treat my parents with care, dignity and respect. Please continue doing what you are doing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are all amazing.
Our dad had Alzheimer's and while living in a care home for over 18 months needed 1:1 care from 8 am-8 pm. A carer from LSR was brought in daily. We were worried about having different people looking after him but they provided a handful of carers on rotation who were all fantastic. They were very capable, attentive to my dad’s health and personal care needs, gentle, respectful and thoughtful. They were also warm and injected humour and fun into their interactions with him whenever possible. They were like friends. When we visited, the carers were considerate, giving us space, and also being supportive, kind and lovely to us. Having our dad in a care home was very hard for us emotionally but, knowing that he had such wonderful people caring for him, made it much, much easier. We cannot thank them enough.
We're very impressed with the service we have received. Our carers have always shown my husband kindness and empathy. They have always arrived on time and stayed the required amount of time. Overall couldn't be more satisfied and pleased.
