View Full Details of Caring@Home LtdI am quite happy with the care I am getting and the extra help if I need it.
My mum is now being cared for by compassionate, kind-hearted warm people. This is how it should be soft-hearted considerate and tender. When I now see mum she looking comfortable and cared for she feels cared for too and says they're gentle and kind. I'm now less stressed leaving mum when I visit. It's a lot of money out of someone's hard earned money to pay for care, but at least with this company, it's caring. Thank you.
I could talk them up all day so many good things to say. Basically, they went well above any normal duties to such an extremely professional level daily for approximately 6 months. Losing them to "First City" and hospital protocols is painfully disturbing, upsetting and unhinging for myself and mother!
I've used Caring@Home Ltd for six months now and cannot fault the service. The office staff are marvellous and accommodate any change in times I might need, without any fuss. And they are very easy to reach, should there be a problem. The carers are amazing, courteous, polite, friendly and always willing to help. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for quality and pricing.
Good
Very good service would recommend to others.
The Caring@Home team started to look after my father-in-law around fourteen months ago and from the outset, were flexible, professional and caring in their approach. We have had a few blips along the way with my father-in-law's health and he has been taken into hospital or discharged early but the manager and her team have also been so responsive to our changing needs - sometimes literally a same-day turnaround. You could not ask for more. The manager has also been incredibly helpful with some of the funding paperwork we have had to complete - this is our first time being in this situation and it can be challenging to say the least! One carer has been a constant in looking after my father-in-law and has even sat with him in hospital when my wife and I have been away to ensure he hasn't been alone. These people are always happy to go above and beyond and I would say they are now part of our extended family and I am not sure where we would be without their ongoing support.
The carers are always friendly and polite and very helpful. They take their job very seriously with the care of my husband. I know he is in safe hands when they are looking after his personal hygiene. The organisation as a whole is excellent. The carer has been very efficient in accommodating our requirements especially when we have had to change our routine due to hospital appointments or when extra care has been needed. I would certainly recommend Caring@Home Ltd
My carer is very caring and helps with everything. The best choice we made to get Caring@Home in to help me. The office team support both me and my partner. Would recommend to others.
From the initial assessment, it has been such a caring service for our relative, a top service. Listened to our needs, nothing was too much trouble. Good communication, the same carer comes every day at the timings we choose. Highly recommend.
Excellent service, from when we had our initial consultation with the manager through to meeting the carer. The proof of the pudding is my mother and her partner are very happy with the care her partner is receiving. Very attentive staff, nothing is too much trouble and, already after just a few months, the carer has become that very helpful friend, who is there to make their lives more comfortable. Excellent value for money and feel really valued as a client.
Very happy with the full time care my mother receives. The carer is attentive, caring, thoughtful and caters for all my mum's household and personal needs. They have become a great companion to Mum, in fact, is basically one of the family. Billing is easy with the weekly invoice being sent and being paid for immediately. Always someone available on hand at office to answer any calls should we have any issues, which is very rare, and always accommodating to help.
I contacted the manager in May of this year for help with my father. We needed to move quickly to get him the support we needed and she could not have been more helpful. She worked at speed - often out of hours - to help us. She placed Dad with a carer who is understanding of his needs (dementia with Parkinson's) but also which matches his personality - had to be someone with a good sense of humour to get on with our family and reasonably robust in order to deal with Dad's needs. We have that. Dad gets on well with his carer, as does Mum, and he has become another member of our family. The service we received - and continue to receive - is second to none and, as an only child, I will always feel grateful to the manager and the team for the support they have given my parents - but also me. I feel we are a team and am constantly pleased I made that initial call.
