I want to recommend the Goodoaks Homecare provider. They are the most efficient and professional care provider I have used in Bedford. Their communication is especially commendable, both to the client and to myself as the finance provider, sending timely and accurate invoices. They have been able to find very suitable carers for my daughter and to accommodate the specific time requirements. All in all, they have provided a top-class service for which I and my daughter are very grateful.

I would highly recommend Goodoaks Bedford, I not only found them to be professional but also kind and caring towards my father even though he was challenging at times and was not receptive to having carers in his home. Knowing that my dad was in safe hands enabled me to go on holiday for which I had not been able to for a long time. Everyone on the team that looked after my dad showed him great respect and at all times put his health and well-being first, along with his care needs and ensuring his dignity.

GoodOaks provides my mother with outstanding care. We needed care input at short notice and the manager was so helpful and responsive to our needs. We are very impressed with the individualised care Goodoaks provides, they aim to match the client with a carer not just suited to their care needs but also their personality. They appreciate the importance of continuity of care and make sure my mother only has carers she knows. The communication with us is excellent and we feel completely secure in the care being given. There is also flexibility in the care which gives us extra reassurance. My mother has gone from being reluctant to have carers to looking forward to the visits.

As a family, we spent a lot of time researching various home care companies in Bedford and were very impressed with the empathetic and kind manner of the company owner. After the initial meeting we had no doubt GoodOaks Homecare Bedford would be our only choice. We have been so happy with the care they provide for mum. Mum seems so much happier and looks forward to their daily visits. We highly recommend them.

We moved our Mum's care from another company to GoodOaks Bedford and have been really happy. They are always on time and keep to the same carers so Mum does not get confused as she has dementia. As a family, we have been so impressed with the carers and the management staff and would highly recommend.

Your care positively increased my well-being and aided the start of my recovery. Your professionalism and attention to my needs was spot on. You all genuinely cared about me as a person. My father had a stroke in Nov 2023. He was discharged from hospital with 3 x a day care. The original care agency were not reliable and it was causing a lot of stress and anxiety for my parents. I contacted Good Oaks after seeing reviews online and from the first encounter with the manager, I felt reassured by her warmth and kindness. Good Oaks have made such a difference to both my parents- they turn up on time, are reliable, compassionate and efficient. Within just a short while, the carers have become like part of the family. I cannot fault them. I have no hesitation in recommending Good Oaks - they really are quality care at home.

This is my first experience using a care company for both support and live in care. From the beginning it has been the absolute very best we could hope for. The level of care is outstanding. Not only that, but also the support for the family has been invaluable at such a difficult time. They have gone way beyond their brief to ensure the best care, support and advise for my mother and family. I would have no problem recommending GoodOaks with the highest of praise. We recently switched mum''s care provider to GoodOaks whom I cannot recommend enough for their quality of care and professionalism. The care mum receives is exemplary; the caregivers are polite, respectful, very kind and supportive - frequently going above and beyond to ensure mum's needs are met. The care manager is fantastic and communication is superb at every level. It's a huge relief to know that mum is in very good hands with the exceptional team at GoodOaks - thank you!

The team at Goodoaks supported my mother in the last 3 months of her life, working together with a live-in carer to provide additional care during her final weeks. I cannot thank the whole team enough for their care, compassion, expertise and general support that they provided not only to my mother but also to the live-in carer and myself during this difficult time. In particular, the management of the service and the knowledge shared on how to best manage this difficult time was incredible. Thank you to the whole team. I would wholly recommend Goodoaks to anyone looking for an agency that puts its clients at the heart of every action.

Fabulous carers - both the owner and the manager were truly amazing carers. Thank you so much for your professionalism and care that was given from the heart. Mum loved the feet massages. Also the manager helped us navigate all the systems and tap into all the care Mum needed.

I was recommended to 'GoodOaks' by a gentleman I met in hospital who was caring for his sick wife. He extolled their services and relayed the wonderful treatment his wife was offered by them. I subsequently contacted the director and indeed their kindness and professionalism was palpable. The director and manager guided me through the process with empathy and efficiency. From the initial assessment to the tailored care plan, every step was handled with utmost consideration for my mother's needs. They showed great compassion when she was in pain, treating her with dignity and respect to the end. They genuinely exceeded my expectations and provided a sense of reassurance and peace of mind at a very challenging time.

I can't really thank the team at GoodOaks enough for the care and support they provided during the final weeks of my grandmother's life. From start to finish they were professional and responsive and continuously demonstrated both empathy for the situation and a genuine consideration for the wellbeing of everyone involved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for ongoing support or end-of-life care for a family member or loved one.

All staff have been courteous, kind and paid attention to detail and management staff have been efficient and proactive in liaising with other medical and allied health staff in caring for my parents. I contacted 'GoodOaks' homecare as I was looking for a full-time live-in carer for my elderly mother. I have been very happy with the service from the manager, and the support given to us at what has been an extremely stressful period. From first contact until placement took just over 2 weeks. I was sent different profiles of potential carers and the one we chose has now been with us for nearly 2 weeks. The carer not only looks after my mother’s personal needs but also cooks, cleans, does the washing, takes her out and spends a lot of time interacting with her when she’s feeling lonely. She is amazing! The whole process has been very easy and efficient with great care being taken to find a carer matching the specified requirements. I would not hesitate to recommend 'GoodOaks'

We started using 'GoodOaks' following a disappointing experience with another care provider. Since using 'GoodOaks' two months ago for daily visits to Dad, my own anxiety levels have decreased significantly due to the good quality he now receives. I trust them completely to support Dad with his daily medication requirements and his personal care. The carers prepare his breakfast and tea daily and help him getting dressed and with washing. They even help with household chores! Dad not only looks better in himself but enjoys his visits. I am very pleased with the whole package provided by 'GoodOaks' and am happy to recommend them to anyone thinking of carers for their family.
