Your care your home helped my mum after a very unlucky accident in which she lost her leg at the age of 82. YCYH allowed mum to get some freedom, helping her with daily life and taking her outside and shopping. YCYH were flexible and gave us plenty of feedback on mums health, both mental and physical. Having a local company like YCYH look after mum with the same ladies going to see her helps everyone involved feel safe and secure, it also allows a relationship to build, rather than just client and carer. Thanks for everything.

With only one exception, all the people working for Your Care Your Home are kind, efficient, caring and helpful. I complained with details about the one lady who seemed totally different to the others. I think she was dismissed. It is difficult compare value for money as we haven't used another agency.

A wonderful caring and efficient care company, paying attention not just to the client but his surroundings as well. Extremely friendly staff who are easy to communicate with. All of the staff make the client feel very at ease.

Excellent service with friendly, trustworthy staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the owner/manager goes above and beyond her duty to provide excellent care. Would highly recommend. Outstanding service.

I moved across to this company last year. The manager has been, and still is, so supportive going over and above my expectations of care provider management. The staff are a big part of my mum and dad’s well-being in the form of shopping and company as they are both housebound now. Local business looking after local people.

Just had a very touching and meaningful experience with two of my mum's carers from Your Care Your Home. They had come round unannounced to sing a couple of hymns with her. Singing hymns is one of the few things my mum can still do, so it was lovely that they decided to do this with her.

Excellent care company - all the staff are friendly, professional and caring towards my father who has dementia. They treat him with respect and kindness. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. The management are extremely efficient and approachable at all times. The company has been a great find and I thank them hugely for their professionalism.

An amazing service from all the staff and the manager. My mother feels safe in their care and really appreciates their thoughtfulness and kindness. They go the extra mile to be helpful; even buying a kettle for Mum when hers broke. The manager and carers always contact me straight away with any concerns about Mum and we both trust all the staff completely. Without their help, Mum would no longer be living independently at the age of 100 years. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any of my family or friends.

Your Care Your Home are absolutely wonderful in taking good care of my uncle, friendly, warm, efficient and reliable at all times. Without exception they are respectful, keeping me fully aware of any concerns without undermining his confidence. He looks forward to each visit and takes a keen interest in each and every one, which is very important for his mental well-being and when the weather is favourable, encouraged to take exercise. I highly recommend them and would not consider another company for a loved one.

“Your Care Your Home” is a company of which I have recent experience as a client, that has provided a great deal of dignified care. Knowing that the staff put the needs of their clients at the forefront of their attention helps develop confidence in their work. The staff are always punctual, polite, capable and, above all, thoroughly understanding and sympathetic to their clients’ needs; they possess, and exercise, the technical and commercial skills that achieve the best results possible.

The manager and her team are absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond for you, the kindness and compassion the carers show me is immeasurable. They really are a lovely group and I’m so glad that they care for me.

Home care service is very friendly and reliable. My mum really enjoys her coffee morning trips with her helper. Everything was organised very easily by the manager. My mum has dementia so knowing someone else can take her out is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend their service at a time when help is very much needed.
